Fast and excellent service
Fast and excellent service! When I lodged my return initially, my return was much lower than what I was hoping for. But after etax did their final review, I got a significantly higher return which they then lodged to the ato. Very satisfied with their service and couldn’t recommend higher for their ease of service

The quality of your service has dropped significantly.
I have used Etax for many years and the service has always been clear, and the accountants have asked many questions to help me understand my claim and maximise the return.
This time you asked zero questions, and lodged the final submission without my approval. I believe you have missed significant deductions that I was asking you to review.
I will not be returning to use your service again.

eTAX gave me good advice considering my Disability status and Superannuation Access and payable tax on Each Lump Sum taken
eTAX have done my tax Returns for over 20 years and proved that I needed tax advice at every turn when it comes to filing my return, I do have the capability of doing it myself directly ( my son lives with us, and actually worked for an ATO agency directly providing a helpline service for the ATO for 2 years), so my Son files his own return directly, but he did state that due to myself be being on a DSP (Disability Pension), there could be some deductions that I might be entitled too, that he might not be aware of due to my DSP status is not typical, so use a Tax Agent to ensure that I am claiming for every possible element, best use a tax agent.
I have not always been under DSP tax status, this was a change to my return changed when I became Totally and Permanently Disabled a matter of years ago.
