Time to switch online accountants
Used to be good but just degraded over time.
The interface looks like a website from 2010, the system bombards you with "Urgent Responses Needed" but theres nothing to address when you login. Emails to there admin@ and messages via the internal portal go unanswered until they finally send you something to repond to.
This year they sent me an email in June saying I could do it early, so i tried. It's now the 10th and it's still not lodged.
Going else where next year, maybe use some of the money you make on UX and Support staff. Just an idea.

Hi Rusty,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us - we're really sorry to hear your experience has been so frustrating, especially given you've been with us for a while. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel like they're chasing us for answers and we take your feedback seriously.
We'd love the chance to look into what's happened with your return and make things right. We have sent a request via TrustPilot that we'd love you to respond to, so we can identify you in our system. Alternatively, please feel free to send us an email to feedback@etax.com.au and once we can locate your account we'll treat this as a priority.
Kind regards,
Etax Accountants

100% Recommend
I have using Etax for years now and they never disappoint. My tax return is always higher then if I were to do it myself. I fill out most details and leave some things that I'm not sure on for Etax to fix up or clarify. Great to also have a section for additional questions or when lodging. Great all round service!
