Late delivery poor customer service

Still waiting for my item. Got an email asking about my engraving but they had the wrong details. This alone took 4 days. Pointed out that the details on the order were not mine which they said would be dealt with and the order would be completed in the next 1 to 3 days. Still got no tracking details. Asked for an update on my order, which is now a late birthday gift, and got a long spiel about Xmas and post and shipping, but no update as to what stage my order is actually at. Gave me 15% off my next purchase... No thanks. Won't be ordering again

My ring finally arrived today and despite paying for engraving it has arrived with no engraving. Absolutely awful service. Waited an extended amount of time for the item then arrives without engraving. Have emailed for a refund but not holding my breath.

3 Stars Because My Ultimate Star Outcome Is Still To be Considered

I ordered two gifts for my partners birthday, paying a substantial amount for the gifts, insurance and the delivery. The tracking system i have to go through keeps saying 'error' and for some reason, the wrong postcode is on the delivery address although i know i put it in correctly. I emailed this morning and the lady who i spoke to called Chrissy said there were no orders under my surname - She asked for the order numbers and proof the money came out of my bank... I sent said proof and haven't heard anything back. I said that it would be great if they could contact the courier and change the postcode before it's shipped out for delivery and have heard nothing! Said i'd even contact them myself, if she would send me the details and i've heard absolutely nothing. I really hope something is able to be done about this or i'll leave reviews everywhere.

Unacceptable damaged roses

Your roses were delivered damaged and your response to my requests were never followed through. Didn’t receive timely responses and there was negligent customer service to address my requests.

I had trusted in your product and your service.

Never again will I purchase.

requested cancelation and go no reply

I requested a cancelation and received neither reply nor refund with a full month to go before delivery date.

What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

Hello, We see that your order was placed on a Monday and shipped the following day with your chosen method of UPS Ground. As shown during checkout, this transportation method is 3-5 business days. As the item shipped out on schedule, within 24 hours, and with the chosen method of shipping made by the customer, the delivery issue cannot be attributed to our company. While we are sorry for any inconvenience, review of the transit time for this method of shipping could have changed the outcome of this delivery.

I got charge a $50 delivery fee for a next business day delivery. I will never again and do not recommend. Tried calling the store no one picked up during business hours. It’s all a fraud

First time experience with internal…

First time experience with internal roses. Not computer savvy overheard about these roses so thought I would try them for my mom‘s birthday and went on the website and they delivered exactly what I asked for exactly when they said it was they have confirmed with emails they keep up with things 100% satisfied and look forward to sending more roses like this to my family and friends well worth it thank you. P. S. For not being computer savvy I thought the website was very easy to navigate thank you

Old looking roses

Roses looked old and the edges of the petals were cracked and broken. Very disappointed after all the money I spent on them. I expected better.
