Somebody took my card details and bought something from them, upon contacting them they refunded me in one day. Really honest company and for sure if I am going to buy esim it will be from them. 6 star rating.

Constant disconnection
Constant disconnection. I was forced to ask a shared connection to be able to be contacted from work. Support tried to help but nothing resolved. Even after a lot of exchange, the support was robotic and repetitive. After spending almost 100€ in 2 weeks with them, no refund for the times that I’ve had issues.

Carte de données internet illimitée pour voyager en Espagne. 14 euros pour 7 jours c'est moins cher que mon opérateur qui me demandait 55 euros !!!
Un peu de galère à l’installation au début… mais en relisant l’e-mail, j’ai enfin vu les explications qui me manquaient. J’avais aussi bloqué la téléphonie en pensant que, comme c’était une carte “internet”, il ne fallait surtout pas l’activer — erreur 😅. Bref, je ne suis pas ultra douée, mais j’y suis arrivée.
Les données sont illimitées dans toute l’Europe, donc ça couvre parfaitement l’Espagne et la France.
C’est vraiment idéal pour un voyage scolaire : des heures de bus, plein d’applications à utiliser dans les musées, les plans, les infos en temps réel…
Et le gros plus : avec un forfait internet illimité, je peux aussi téléphoner en France via WhatsApp, donc rester joignable sans stress pour les parents.
Franchement, c’est parfait.

Bin zufrieden, auch wenn bei der Aufladung nicht alles sofort klappte. Man hat mir geholfen und nun funktioniert alles. Hätte es sofort geklappt, dann wäre es die vollen Sterne gewesen, daher einen kleinen Abzug. ☺️

Reliable: great value, support and overall experience
TLDR: worked great, good coverage and value overall. Very quick support if any issues. Only data, no phone/SMS.
Got 3G/30days eSIM for Peru. Sent me the eSIM right away, by email. Installed it in the US (you need network access to do so) and could see the SIM was valid, but I don't think you can truly test it till you land in Peru. As I landed, data didn't work but used the airport Wifi to contact their support through whatsapp, who replied right away and solved the problem in few minutes (had to add something into the APN which may be missing on their install instructions, not sure). Kudos to that!
3GB is plenty for normal Whatsapp stuff, maps... but not a lot if your phone starts updating apps/OS... so make sure to disable automatic updates/backups/etc.
I did run out of data so bought a second eSIM while I was there and install it, no issues.
