I am far from a technical person and had never previously purchased an eSIM. I purchased this for a 2 week holiday in Sri Lanka. It was easy and quick to set up. I had no problems and the connection was great throughout the entire time I was away. Would highly recommend this

Didn't work
Didn't work - stuck at airport in NZ without ability to contact Etravelsim to sort it out. Had to buy another Esim from airport provider and use that instead.
Note as per their reply to connect with me to find a resolution. They did contact me once by email to ask more about the review. I replied a week ago and no reply at all since, or any attempt to resolve.

Super support, sehr hilfsbereit und kulant!
Wir hatten zunächst Probleme die eSIm zu aktivieren. Ich möchte hier einen Anwenderfehler unsererseits nicht ausschließen. Der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr gut unterstützt. Letztlich haben wir eine neue eSim erhalten. Als mir dann auffiel, dass ich lediglich Datenvolumen, anstatt data+call gebucht hatte, konnten wir die aktuelle eSim stornieren und die gewünschte neu kaufen. Die installationen haben ab der zweiten eSim super einfach funktioniert!

I’m very satisfied with the Latin…
I’m very satisfied with the Latin America eSIM — especially in Argentina and Uruguay, where it uses the Claro network. Coverage wasn’t as good in Brazil (TIMBrasil), but that may have been because we were visiting the Iguazú Falls and it’s basically jungle there.

I came from Airhub. Same fraud company but without support.
Etravelsim offers support. Bought 4 eSim's throughout several years, none worked with qr. 3 were set up by support immedeately. The last one took the support 2 days to set up. Download rate was then at 0,5 Mbit 😅. Awesome for an unlimited plan 👍
Solving-suggestions from support might be like:

Wie Airhub eine Verarsche! Gleicher Sch... Habe in den letzten 5 Jahren 15 eSims gekauft. Airhub hat keinen Support der hilft. Etravelsim schon. Keine der 4 eSim's von denen funktionierte mit Qr code. 3 konnte der Support sofort (innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten) reparieren. Die letzte ging nach 2 Tagen noch immer nicht. Ging dann mit 0,5 Mbit. Cool bei unlimitiert 👍So viel Zeit hast als Urlauber nicht. Finger weg! Kaufe bei einem Netzbetreiber wie T-mobile oder At&t oder wie sie in dem jeweiligen Land heißen!!

They refunded me with 18$ instead of purchase price of 23$. It worked in their perspective 😅 FRAUD again.

Big trouble, good ending
The esim that I bougth fece days ago, torta had a problem and stops working. So I chat whit the assistence that in a couple of hours check and fix the problem!
Now everything is working correctly.

Use etravelsim.com for your journers
I used their esims for data only twice. 1 in USA, 1 in Germany. I am also planning to use it in Greece in June.
Here is what I think.
1) their process is very clean. They ask you only what is necessary
2) esim arrives almost instantly with an email
3) esim is installed very quickly and in about 1-2 minutes (at least for iphone)
4) Their prices are really reasonable
5) it works as they promise
THE ONLY ISSUE
I cannot see how much data is left at any moment. They ask you to send an email to customer service. I wish thay had a more practical way but it is not the end of the world.
I recommend it.
