ETravelSim - Travel eSIM Opiniões 

I downloaded the eSIM in the UK. It triggered automatically on arrival in Delhi and worked perfectly throughout my holiday in Chennai.

I read the reviews for this company here and elsewhere, I bought two eSims for my wife and myself.

Now I am in Prague with two weeks left on our trip and our eSim doesn't work. I've been trying to contact the company with no success not sure what to do next

OK, where is this 24*7 service you talk about? how do I contact this "customer care team"??

It always worked. At any place. More convenient than a physical card.

Desperate to find an eSIM as my UK add-on for my trip to the US was fast running out, I found travels via google and looked it up. The site was easy to navigate, the plans were clear and flexible. I think it took me a total of 10 minutes from finding the site to activating my eSIM.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Anything less then 5 stars is a fake review we came to turkey on 20th the moment our plane landed we was automatically connected to the data this service provides full bars and very trustworthy I am absolutely amazed by this 2025 technology as its the first time iv used Esim.

Just travelled to Miami via trans Atlantic cruise and needed data to communicate with contacts. Upon searching for options online I found Etravelsim and found their packages very reasonably priced compared to others. Ordering and paying was a breeze, so I was online within minutes. Would definitely recommend to others!!!

I have used the etravelsim both in the US (California, Washington state and New England) and Greece. Delivery was simple and customer service was great when I had initial difficulties. Data service is consistent (although I had no service only in Florida). I would definitely use again.

I have been using this application for several years for my travels. Everything works very well. Easy to top up the internet. When there is a problem, the support service provides assistance until the internet starts working. Since I recommend it to everyone.

Easy to install, activate and no problems during use. Needed a quick eSim for an unexpected extension to my holiday and this fit the need.

I purchased a small $5.50 eSIM from ETravelSIM to TEST out the Dual SIM operation of my Samsung S25-Ultra thinking the eSIM plan provided Voice Calls, SMS, and Data before going on vacation to Europe. I did not recognize that the plan details on the web page did not update to provide the exact details of the plan that was selected; it only provided the general range of features for all the plans available for that location (USA).

I installed the eSIM and internet access was excellent. The installation instructions were not perfect for my phone; but that is normally expected. I tried to make a voice call and send a SMS; but both failed. I spent some time trying to troubleshoot the problem and then contacted ETravelSIM's support email asking if the plan I purchased was data only.

ETravelSIM replied to my email in 6 minutes. It turns out the small plan I selected only provided Data and they suggested another plan that included voice calls and SMS. That plan was more than i was willing to pay just to test out the dual SIM operations of my S25. I explained that the purchased plan would have no benefit to me unless it had voice calls and SMS features. I asked for a refund; though I did not expect one. ETravelSIM immediately authorized the refund and within 30 minutes the money was already refunded into my PayPal account.

This is probably the best customer service I can ever remember receiving. ETravelSIM provided this good of customer service for a $5.50 purchase. WOW!

I ordered a sim for Morocco. The sim worked exactly how i needed it to with excellent coverage. No problems at all and the team are also very helpful. Would definitely get it again

I purchased a package, the amount was deducted from my account, but the system showed a failed transaction. I contacted customer service twice: the first time I received a response but no solution, and the second time no one replied. If no one addresses this and the payment isn’t refunded, it feels like a scam. I need this resolved as soon as possible.

Excellent rates plus they gave me good service when I had trouble. Always check the e-sim before you leave the airport so you have wifi.
