Great customer service
We bought two eSIM packages for our trip to HK; my husbands worked immediately, but I had some issues.
The team on WhatsApp were fab. Sanjay was quick to respond and help me understand my problem. I was sent a new QR code and was up and running in no time.

Customer service ignores mails
So disappointing! I didn’t get the eSIM and contacted the customer service. They were reading my WhatsApp messages but not replying. So I asked per mail for a refund and they confirmed. But then never replied again… so still waiting for the refund since August

I have ordered several different eSIM cards for different countries/ continents and the customer service was great. Even when my mothers Motorola Razr40 was not able to except the eSIM the customer support team - Sanjay and the other colleague were very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service!
The eTravelSIM card folks were VERY responsive. And helped us through setting up the eSIM. Very easy, but sometimes mobile phones can be a bit persnickety.
They helped no matter the time of day! The eSIM worked very well, too. Will be using them from now on!

20GB and full purchase down the drain
after spending some years as a loyal customer it’s painful to see this streak end on such a bad note. 20GB of data was gone within a day, without any trace. Some navigation, research and browsing was all. The response from customer service was poor to say the least: you can buy a new bundle. Very very disappointing.
Update after comment: they say they have “investigated”. Which is more like a broken record stating that the data was spent. Again the suggestion is to “just buy a new bundle”. Absolutely horrible service. I would avoid this.

For the second time I’m user from etravelsim: travelling in Turkey.
It’s very easy to buy online& Install with QR Code; less dann 3 minutes.
After landing I need to drive quickly -with navigator- from the airport to Hotel check-in: etravelsim is the perfect solution with very good cover also on the mountains. I also tested support (per Email) for some questions and they responded very fast.

Hat nicht funktioniert in den kompletten usa wie auf Homepage angegeben
Haben 2 karten für die usa gekauft- laut Beschreibung in der ganzen usa verfügbar. Auf st.thomas angekommen dann das problem- es funktioniert nicht. Mussten erstmal ein WLAN finden um u seren transport organisieren zu können. Jetzt warten wir seit dem 15.9. Auf die Erstattung beider karten, die vom Kundenservice schriftlich zugesagt wurde. NIRGENDS stand dass die virgin islands NICHT abgedeckt sind! (Wie es bei anderen Anbietern aufgeführt ist). Deshalb hatten wir uns für etravel sim entschieden.
UPDATE: Erst heisst es 5-7 Tage, jetzt 10-15?! Denke der Verbraucherschutz wird eingeschaltet! Es sind falsche Aussagen auf der Homepage,die Käufer locken und dann geht nichts.
