Totally useless to normal users if you have limited version, you pay a lot and you don’t get anything it’s not unlimited. It’s only one gigabyte per day after that it’s unusable slow don’t buy from there. Go to Virgin direct or any. That is doing fair business, but these company not.

I used this in Manila and in Bali and it worked perfectly for me. I have 1 or 2 negative reviews but I can only say what worked for me and it was this company. When I go to Cebu next month I will use it again

The worst esim I have ever tried. Never again! Like wtf is that? Its not even loading a video on instagram or tiktok. Whatsapp is barely working. And whatsapp calls? OHH FORGET ABOUT THAT!

The service didn't work at all. It was impossible to contact them. I sent an email to which there was no response. Was unable to chat through etravelsim.com. Instructions for my version of iOS were wrong. The step "Click on APN and write mobile data" could not be done, because there is no such option. They should provide full instructions for different versions of iOS and also be more accessible if a problem arises. A traveler depends on the esim to work when going overseas.

My wife has a youtube channel doing style and fashion for over 50 women (My Friend Deirdre) . We were off to the USA for a few weeks for a working holiday. We are very data hungry. So the 30 day unlimited data and calls was a great fit for our needs and a great price.
I bought 2 Esims. There was a delay of a coule of hours getting the email., but great support and communication from Etravelsim via whats app during that process..
The emails came through. Adding the esim was a simple process and as the plane touched down in San Diego my phone came alive! Just like the UK. Seamless and efficient.

Worked for 18 hours then went dead, I paid for 10 days unlimited. Unable to make contact with company

They dont deserve to exist anymore. They scammed me two eSIMs. They were okay 3 years ago but nowadays they're awful

I was frantically buying the wrong eSIM (incorrect country) but the support helped me out, issued me a refund no problem and my wifi works great.

I have purchased the e sim after a thorough search with the well known phone company 's on the market (vodafone, telekom) which offer was way too high.The instruction to install it was clear and easy,I just had to restart my phone at the end of the process.

Sadly zero stars are not Possible.

Used Etravelsim in Japan 2 times without flaws.
I transit through Korea and bought an Esim for Korea as well 5gb for 30 days even though i just need it for one day.
I followed the instructions as adviced in the mail. It worked two times before.
For Korea it didnt work at first so i followed the troubleshooting-guide.

It suggested restarting the Phone.

I did exactly that but what i didnt knew is that certain Settings resetted and my actual Sim connected to mobile data coverage.

I used some Apps that need Mobile Data to work a bit for Translation in korea before i got hit with a notification that i now have to pay 47,60€ to my Sim-Provider.
As i just connected after restarting the phone and not changing any settings i expected that the mobile data usage was still set for the Esim. But it connected to the regular-Sim instead. All because i did exactly what was told in the activation manuals in the mail.

Whats my fault is that i expected things to work after following the Troubleshooting guide and didnt doublecheck what the mobile data usage was set to.

I want to mention again that i did exactly what was written down 2 times before and it worked great without a Problem.

I contacted the support and even if the answers are increadibly fast they are no help at all as they take troubleshooting further...
The problem is not that i dont have mobile data now for a day of Transit in Korea but that because of instructions provided i now have to pay at least 46,70€.

I dont recommend at all anymore.

Yes i know what happened. I described it before.
It happened because i did follow the instructions that are send via Mail.
I dont care about further Troubleshooting when the damage is already done.
It occured because i restarted the phone as suggested in the mail instructions.
The settings for prefered usage of mobile Data doesnt save.
It was one day of transit in Korea i dont need the ESIM to work anymore.
Your refund is something i did myself with buyers protection from Paypal.
