Very disappointed with both the quality…

Very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service from ANINE BING.

I ordered a baseball cap and the metal clasp at the back broke immediately the first time I tried it on. I contacted customer service straight away and waited 48 hours for a reply, only to then experience repeated 24-hour delays between every response for over a week.

I originally asked for a replacement because I genuinely liked the cap, but I was then told I had to pay an additional £8 for the replacement of a faulty item, which I found completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the payment link they sent wasn’t even compatible with EU-supported payment methods, so I couldn’t pay it anyway.

After going back and forth for days, I finally gave up and asked for a refund instead. They then sent me return labels and forms that I have to print myself — despite many retailers now offering simple QR-code returns that don’t require a printer.

The entire process has been frustrating, unnecessarily complicated, and extremely time-consuming for what should have been a very simple faulty-item return.

For a premium brand, I expected far better quality control and customer service.

I recently purchased an Anine Bing coat…

I recently purchased an Anine Bing coat that was originally priced at €1,000 and sold for €600. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality, which does not reflect either the original or the discounted price point.

In addition, the coat does not look at all like the photos displayed on the website, which was very misleading.

I requested a return due to these issues and was surprised to learn that return shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense, even when the return is related to product quality.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this purchase. It feels like you are paying for the brand name rather than the quality of the product.

Vorsicht bei reduzierten Artikeln keine kostenlose Retoure

Ich habe einen Sweater bestellt.
Weder die Farbe , noch die Form entsprachen dem Foto auf der Online Seite.
Ich erfasste eine Retoure, die Rücksendung sollte kostenlos sein.
Jetzt stellt sich heraus, das Sweatshirt war reduziert, ich muss die Retoure selbst bezahlen.
Das kostet mich nach Belgien über 11,-.
Ich kann von einer Bestellung nur abraten, da dies im Vorfeld anders angegeben worden ist, und bei der Erstellung der Retoure auch mit 0,00 Euro dargestellt wurde.
Nicht empfehlenswert!

Køb ikke her hvis du vil have penge tilbage

Køb ikke her, medmindre du er helt sikker på, at du ikke får brug for at returnere varerne!
Hvorfor? Fordi det tilsyneladende ikke er en selvfølge at få sine penge tilbage, selv når man har overholdt alle betingelser for returnering.

Jeg returnerede mine varer for over en måned siden, og trods gentagne henvendelser har jeg stadig hverken modtaget min refundering eller en ordentlig forklaring.
Deres kundeservice svarer langsomt og uden reelt indhold, og processen overskrider endda den egen tidsfrist, de selv lover på hjemmesiden.

Man skulle ikke tro, at det her var en virksomhed, der opererer inden for EU – så meget tilsidesætter de forbrugerloven og almindelig kundeservice.

Jeg har nu indgivet klage til de europæiske forbruger­myndigheder, og jeg kan kun advare andre mod at handle her, hvis man ønsker tryghed og respekt for sine rettigheder.

devoir payer tous les frais de retour, alors 24€

J'ai acheté le même article dans 2 différentes tailles pour choisir entre elles et j'ai fini par devoir payer tous les frais de retour en Belgique moi-même. 24€ pour l’article dans le bureau la poste. le service est nul. N'achetez jamais rien chez eux

They “lost” my return

They “lost” my return, hence I am just sending them tracking information over and over again. Mind you they received my return on 3rd of December last year, and since then no refund.

J'ai passé une commande et je dois retourner

J'ai passé une commande pendant les soldes depuis la France. J'ai suivi les recommandations pour la taille (blazer Jasmin) et au final le blazer se trouve être énorme (alors qu'il est indiqué comme ajusté et non oversize). J'ai renvoyé et j'ai découvert que le retour est à la charge du client et pire il faut l'expédier à l'entrepôt en Belgique (double prix donc..) => 21€ ! Je voulais au moins échanger pour une taille S et après discussion avec le service client - pas possible. Les soldes sont terminées et bien sûr ils ne veulent pas me laisser racheter au même prix que j'ai payé. C'est juste un service horrible pour le niveau de la marque :((( Je n'achèterai plus chez eux.

Méfiez-vous !

j’ ai passé commande le 2 décembre et mon compte a été débité mais je n’ai ni reçu de confirmation email, ni recu ma commande. Le service client est passé en mode silence radio après m’avoir dit ne pas trouver trace de ma commande. EUR 200 retiré de mon compte mais aucun suivi d’ Anine Bing. J’aurais du me fier aux opinions de clients - Anine Bing a une réputation désastreuse.

J'ai fait un retour et le colis a bien…

J'ai fait un retour et le colis a bien était réceptionné par le service ANINE BING et ce depuis trois semaines. J'attends toujours de leurs nouvelles ainsi que mon remboursement. Site pas sérieux du tout. Même en leur faisant parvenir des mails aucune réponse concrète. Je ne rachèterai aucun autre article de cette marque !

Very bad customer service for online…


Very bad customer service for online purchases. To return a sale item, you have to write an email first, only to find out that the return is at your own expense. Then, you discover that to send the parcel within the EU, you need to purchase an online label. This process is overly complicated and a huge waste of time – I had to run to the DHL store several times.

Politique de retour

Attention! Pas acheter en solde sur leshop! Les retours ne sont pas pris en charge (contrairement aux items pas soldés) et j ai du payer 20 euro de ma poche. J’avais retourné déjà des articles auparavant et j’avais rien payé! Du coup je n’imaginais pas un tel traitement! Jamais plus! Même H&M a une meilleure politique de retour et pourtant ce n’est pas un brand de luxe! Pas de flexibilité non plus pour le retour en magasin.

Don’t use the European website if you’re based outside euro zone

Since they redesigned their European site, prices in Sweden are shown in local currency instead of euro, their prices went up by about 20% for Sweden which uses SEK. I was totally happy to pay in euro and didn’t need this ‘makeover’ if it means a drastic price increase! It’s funny that stores in Sweden which sell Anine Bing’s apparel still charge ‘normal’ prices. This is ridiculous!

The European website is also trying to lure its customers by saying that ‘final sale’ items cannot be returned. That’s a lie! That’s their US policy. In Europe there is no such thing and you can always return sale items! Just email their customer service.

Une arnaque cette marque

Une arnaque cette marque: j’ai acheté un bomber kaki 400€ sur le corner ABing du bon marché, et 4 mois plus tard , le bouton pression de la poche a sauté pour laisser place à un trou. La marque ne veut rien faire car pas acheté dans leur magasin officiel! …et une paire de basket dont une couture a commencé à craquer 2 mois après l’achat! Une honte: très cher pour du made in china. A fuir!!!!

My first order with this company was a…

My first order with this company was a disaster, never received the hoodie and they kept claiming it was send with GLS, but no tracking was to find. I fought like a lion and ended up getting a full refund. I waited 2 years and gave them a new chance. My latest purchase ( 1 sweatshirt, 2 hoodies ) has been good, no problems at all. A bit expensive though even on sale.

Don’t buy from this company.

Don’t buy from this company.
I bought a hoodie for my daughter at Christmas and returned early January.
To date I am still awaiting a refund.
Despite several emails, they have not refunded.
Very poor service.
Quality of the hoodie was shocking too for the price.
Awful company to deal with !!

I wish i had read reviews before making…

I wish i had read reviews before making a purchase. I purchased a jacket in their sale (still an expensive item even with discount). I have messaged them over 6 times now to get a return label and have not had a response. As i am in Uk this is particularly frustrating and i am now fast approaching the 14 day return period, through no fault of mine. Has anyone had any joy with request for return?
