nie wieder Anine Bing...bloß nichts über anine Bing online bestellen..Rücksendung über 20€..unlauterer Wettbewerb...miesester Laden ever!!! Leider fallen immer wieder Leute auf diese blöde Masche rein!!

Nie nie wieder!!!! Finger weg von Anine Bing!!!! Reduzierte Ware muss man auf eigene Kosten ( bei mir waren es über 30€) zurücksenden.Selber das Postlabel ausfüllen und zurückschicken. Die Klamotten sind mega schlecht verarbeitet und dabei dann sündhaft teuer. Totaler Schrott!! Also bitte nichts bestellen. Nur Ärger!

Returned my item a month ago and have been chasing for my refund since . So frustrating . "The Concierge" informs me that my returned item is in the warehouse. Will not be buying from Anine Bing again

The eu website should definitely be avoided by UK customers, for several reasons:
1. Prices in gbp are far higher than in London stores
2. Packages take over a week to arrive
3. Despite what it says on their website and in your online parcel documentation, stores will not accept your returns at all
4. On average this year across 3 orders made, it took around 10 days and multiple emails to get the online “concierge” (ha ha!) to respond to my request for a prepaid returns label (sometimes these are in the box, other times not - very haphazard).

I’ve been buying from Anine bing since the very beginning of her instagram days and in several countries. This eu website and online customer service needs sorting out, and a way for online returns to be accepted willingly in uk stores, needs to be figured out too. The current online customer service and process is literally appalling for the price paid (actually, I get far better service and convenience from any regular uk high street store). Re the eu website: Just don’t do it unless you enjoy the thrill of being ignored. You’re better off buying a ticket to London and buying from a store. They seem to operate as an entirely different business. Which I’m sure makes Anine and her investors the most money but is just super weird for the UK consumer.

musste meine rücksendung nach fünfmaligem nachfragen letztendlich selbst bezahlen und hatte nur noch 6 tage übrig bis eingang in belgien von meiner bestellung, da mir tagelang niemand über die costumer-mail geantwortet hat. ich musste über den 24/7 chat kontakt aufnehmen um zu fahren, dass ich gar keinen anspruch auf den kostenfreien return über den qr code habe. nun musste ich 20 EUR bei der post selbstständig für meinen return bezahlen in der hoffnung, dass sie mein paket auch in einem karton zurückenehmen, da es in der originalverpackung aus plastik nicht versendbar war!!!

Handlet fra Aninebing til Norge. Sjekket på forhånd at de var medlem på listen for VOEC-ordningen på Skatteetaten, og de var oppført. Likevel måtte jeg betale MVA og toll på kjøpet mitt. Da jeg tok kontakt med kundeservice og ba om det ekstra jeg betalte for MVA, slik Skatteetaten oppgir at man skal, ville de ikke hjelpe. Fikk ingen forklaring på spørsmålene mine rundt reglene de må følge under VOEC-ordningen, hvor MVA må være inkludert i prisen på nettsiden. Tok også kontakt med Skatteetaten som sa de skulle følge opp med Anine Bing, men fikk aldri oppklarende svar fra selskapet og aldri pengene tilbake (noe de er pliktige til å gjøre under VOEC). Vær klar for å betale toll hvis du kjøper fra nettsiden deres, selv om de er oppført på VOEC-listen.

Ça s’est très bien passé, commandé le 2 août reçu le 4 août. Très bien emballé je suis très contente de ma livraison avec gls. Je peux recommande malgré les mauvais commentaires

Une vraie arnaque ce site, j’ai commandé un sac avec un énorme défaut sur la poignée,emballé dans un sac plastique et du coup pour le renvoyer il fallait d’abord envoyer un mail pour qu’ils m’envoient une étiquette de retour au lieu de la mettre tout simplement dans le colis et après plusieurs mails envoyés aucune réponse de leurs part en sachant que le délai de retour est de 14 jours,ils ont bien gagnés du temps,c’est scandaleux!!pour une marque renommée et au prix du sac,même AliExpress est plus sérieux qu’eux,je vous déconseille leurs site une vrai arnaque et le service clients inexistants fuyez!!

496,00€ einfach weg! Meine Bestellung ist nicht bei mir angekommen. Ich war bei der angeblichen Zustellung nicht mal in der Stadt auch meine Nachbarn haben kein Paket angenommen. Auf keins meiner Emails habe ich eine Rückmeldung bekommen und da sie angeblich nachweisen konnten, dass es hier abgegeben wurde, hat auch Paypal nicht geholfen. Es geht nun an meinen Anwalt. Kauft da auf keinen Fall ein! Service gibt es nicht, sie stellen sich einfach tot.

OMG avoid buying from the eu store if you are in the uk.
I purchased some perfume and boots last week. I was then told that they couldn’t ship as perfume is prohibited so I bought the perfume from the Chelsea store - cheaper by £35 and really helpful staff- thank you. I then bought the boots online from a uk store - cheaper by £65. I kept asking the concierge at Anine Bing eu to send my refund. 3 days later they tell me they won’t refund as they have been shipped despite the tracking info saying that the parcel had not been rebuilt Evri. It is now on the way to me and will be extremely difficult to return. I am taking out a PayPal dispute as I think these people are liars snd are absolutely disgraceful. I have sent 8 emails this weekend but no reply. I will inform customs that s prohibited item was shipped by this company because they deserve a bit of discomfort having caused me so much stress

I have to say that the two uk stores have been absolutely brilliant so thank you to them

Bestilte to jakker på udsalg, da der i toppen af siden stod: free shipping and returns on all orders. Det viser sig så, at det ikke er rigtigt, det gælder ikke varer på udsalg og derfor kan jeg kan ikke returnere den ene jakke. Det står med småt under vilkår. Ville ønske jeg havde læst på trustpilot inden jeg bestilte… og kommer aldrig til at købe på denne side igen.

Sales items are non refundable!! Wasn't mentioned when checking out nor in the returns page... Extremely disappointed that it's not possible to even change size as the 180£ jeans that I ordered that turned out to be too small... In this day and age of online shopping that is just really bad customer service.

I wish I had checked this page beforehand. For a well known brand it didn’t cross my mind.

For all future buyers beware. Sale items are not returnable!! When I emailed to try and return a couple of items they informed me of this and told me they “did our very best to make this information as visible as possible during the shopping experience”. This is rubbish, firstly on the product pages themselves there is a link that says “Free Shipping + Returns on All Orders” - bit misleading then. Even when you then click on this nowhere does it say about sale items being non-refundable. It is hidden in the FAQs in a totally separate area and isn’t linked or referred to by any of the product pages, the returns policy page or during the check out process.

On top of this one of the items was damaged with the stitching coming loose which doesn’t say much for the quality.

Doubt they’ll be bothered they have lost one customer but I won’t ever be shopping there again and will warn everyone against them.

Bought a pair of jeans on sale which turned out to be too small. Tried to return them but apparently they do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items! I checked the website in the ‘returns’ section prior to ordering and it says nothing about sale items. It mentions free refunds for full priced items so I just assumed you had to pay to return a sale item. When I contacted them via the live chat to ask for a return address they informed me I cannot return the jeans! So now I’m left £150 short and with a pair of jeans that do not fit!
After fishing around on the website I have found where it mentions sale items are non-refundable but this is hidden and not in the generic returns section where you would naturally look.
Terrible customer service for a high end brand. Won’t ever order from them again.

Commande le 24 mai, à ce jour ( 14 juin ) , commande toujours pas reçue. Service clients me dit qu’ils font leurs recherches vers le transporteur. Le tracing me dit qu’il est au point relais, mais le point relais ne l’a pas reçu, le transporteur ( GLS ) après de nombreux mails ne réagit pas. A ce prix, le service pourrait au moins être efficace. Bref, j’attends …

J’ai commandé un article qui est arrivé à défaut (tâché PARTOUT).
Les produit arrivent dans une pochette plastique (au vu des prix et du positionnement de la marque cela est plutôt décevant)
Lors de ma commande je devais recevoir un cadeau pour l’anniversaire de la marque (je l’attends encore) il était pourtant bien visible dans mon panier lors de mon paiement.
Je dois attendre 2 semaines pour être rembourser d’un article à défaut… et cela leur paraît tout à fait normal.
Le service client sert à rien… pas de solution.

So I received a Tiger tee as a christmas gift and it was such bad quality. Contacted customer service that after some time sent me a new product. Inside the package there was a Kais blazer(???) that should have gone to someone else. There was a confirmation paper inside with someone elses name on, but my husbands name was on the outside of the package. Contacted Customer service again who asked me to send this back. I sent the Tiger tee and the blazer back and they should have sent me a new tee by now. They don’t answer my e-mails anymore and they have taken 99 dollars from me for nothing!!!! This is serious and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from this company. I asked them for a discount since I have spent so many hours sending stuff back and sending Mails back and forth, for nothing. Anine Bing prices are too high for this! Will do a complaint to the responsible… what should I do more to get my new product or get my money back??

I ordered a hoodie which I returned as the lining was not like a previous hoodie I have from them which I love. The quality of both items is great and my teenage daughter steals my original hoodie, the Harvey, on a regular basis. I emailed the concierge to return the second one due to the lining I had not expected and received a reply almost immediately stating that they were just sorting out the returns from the eu and I would get a return label within a few days. The free return label did indeed arrive as stated and I have returned the item and been promptly credited. I cannot fault the service and the clothes are great. I pay a little extra, but not stupidly extra, to have clothes which I don’t see many other people wearing and of decent quality. I will definitely buy from Anine Bing again.

I am thoroughly satisfied with items purchased from Anine Bing. Over the years it became my style and my favourite online shop to visit. I have never experienced any issues with exchanges and returns. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Premium quality of clothes and shoes most of times corresponds with steep pricetags. I am grateful I came across Anine Bing.
