Got a pair of legging, they ripped the first time that i wore them (didnt even make it to the class, just ripped after 10 minutes wearing them at home before the gym). They dont reply my messages, and of course didnt refound me.

My boyfriend ordered me a tracksuit for Christmas on 14th of dec, it said 3-5 days delivery, they never sent it have tried so many times to contact them they don’t respond, even started commenting on their tiktoks and they just ignore it and reply to everyone else or delete the comments??? How have you got through to them we have both done the chat bot numerous times, tried to email, instagram message, tiktok please any advice on how to get through to them?

Avoid company at all cost! My partner bought me a pair of leggings in the Black Friday sale on 24th November for Christmas. I tried them on on the 27th December and noticed the scrunch bum was ripped. I contacted the customer service team through the chat bot which took them 3 weeks to respond to say it was out of the 30 day window so nothing they could do. The RRP of the leggings is £44 very poor quality.
DO NOT BUY
Don’t buy. Only a chatbot if you have any problems and they never get back to you. It’s been 20 days since my first chat and no response. Bought on 24th of Nov for a Christmas present, but since my daughter opened it on the 25th we are already outside of the return window. Every other company allows a grace period for Christmas, but the fact they won’t even respond is just crazy.
Bestelling van 3 maand geleden nog niet binnen
Al sinds 9 november niks van mijn pakketje vernomen. Is nu vorige week gemaild dat mijn pakket gestolen is en ik een nieuwe krijg, maar als ik dan wil reageren op de mail is het een automatisch verzonden mail. Er is met geen mogelijkheid een normaal persoon te bereiken en alles wordt gedaan met chatbots en automatische berichten.
Oppassen met bestellen dus.....

13 december besteld, nog steeds niks binnen.
Op geen enkele manier contact te krijgen met de klantenservice. Pakket schijnt al weken bij de douane te liggen, en krijg maar geen reactie.

Al in november mijn bestelling geplaatst en tot op de dag van vandaag, nog steeds niets ontvangen. Tracking zegt dat het is geleverd, maar dat klopt helemaal niet. Chatten met de bot op de site levert ook niets op en ik krijg geen antwoord op mijn mailtjes. Hopelijk krijg ik een keer contact zodat dit opgelost kan worden, want ben er echt klaar mee
42 dagen al wachtende op mijn bestelling
Ik heb 26 november 2023 een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Ik heb echter nogsteeds (vandaag 07-01) niks ontvangen. Ook het contact met de chatbot op de site werkt niet. Er is nergens een emailadress of telefoonnummer te vinden om contact mee op te nemen. Je wordt telkens teruggestuurd naar de chatbot die je vervolgens niet kan helpen. Ik hoop nogsteeds contact met ze te krijgen om mijn bestelling of te annuleren of alsnog te ontvangen.

Do not waste your money here! Had issues with two different pairs of leggings. Hole at the seam after 3 months of wear and a the scrunch leggings the seam completely ripped after not even A MONTH! Contacted support several times in November and no one ever replied. Recently DMD AYBL and nothing. DONT BUY THIS!! I caved and bought some leggings on sale from Nike, they have a 60 day wear test window for members.

I made an order pre Black Friday sale which was delayed due to the high volume of orders, received my order and was not happy with what I received so I returned the order in the correct time frame.
I made this purchase through Klarna to be paid over 3 instalments. I haven’t heard back from aybl about my refund but I have from Klarna my return was declined as it was invalid. I have tried for several weeks to try and get in touch with aybl customer service but you only get a robot chat with a response to say it takes them a week to come back to you, It’s been 3 weeks and I have tried several time. Klarna have now set my payments need to be be set back up, so I’m being asked to pay for items I don’t have when I have followed the correct process, and had zero contact from aybl regarding my order.

24 november besteld en betaald, tot op heden NIKS ontvangen!
24 november, met Black Friday, heb ik 2 grote bestellingen gedaan en direct betaald. Deze zouden in 3 aparte pakketten geleverd worden, maar heb tot op heden nog niks ontvangen. Wanneer ik de track&trace nummers invoer bij Deutsche Post staat er dat de bestellingen begin december teruggestuurd zijn naar “Deutsche Post Return Center”. Ik heb sinds die tijd al 5 emails gestuurd naar Aybl, maar nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen op 1 van de mails, en dus ook geen kleding, echt een heel slechte service. Er is ook nergens een direct telefoonnummer te vinden waarmee contact kan worden opgenomen in dit soort gevallen. Kan iemand mij vertellen op welke manier ik wel contact kan krijgen en ik mijn pakket dus wel ontvang??!! Ik wacht nu inmiddels al sinds 24 november!!

I’ve have been trying to contact this company for over a month as I haven’t received my refund although the parcel was returned over a month ago. Their ‘customer service’ is terrible, can only speak to the stupid chatbot which I’ve submitted enquires through over and over because I never receive a response in the time frame they promise. It’s a shame as I wanted to order more from them but have been put off now. Almost 2 months later still no refund received & can’t even get through to them. Will not be purchasing from them again & will advise people against them.

Biggest disappointment
Made an order on the 6th of November. My parcel has been stuck at customs since the 13th of November. I understand that it is also an annoying situation for AYBL but they have done literally nothing to help solve this situation, only tell me to keep waiting and waiting for my tracking info the update, while they still expect me to pay for my order while I have been waiting for 6 weeks already. It’s a shame AYBL won’t do anything to help me out. Worst customer service. Will never order here again.
