Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. Since that very first day, Horizon has prided itself on providing rapid, reliable powered access solutions.
Recently we became an employee owned business, testament to the fact our team's aim is to always delight our customers. So whenever you speak to us, you are talking directly to our co-owners.

Horizon Platforms are by far the best access equipment hire company I’ve ever used. They’re consistently reliable and incredibly helpful. Their turnaround on enquiries is fast and pricing is competitive. They’ve also always delivered equipment on time and everything arrives clean, well maintained and ready to use.
A special mention must go to Georgina, who has been an enormous help recently. She hasn’t missed a single detail and has been unbelievably helpful - friendly, proactive and professional throughout. She’s made the whole process so much easier.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

We have Darcy dedicated point of contact and it is working great. Only issue we have is sometimes with cross hires not being collected on the requested dates or even the horizon transport not collecting on time but in the main all ok

The service Horizon provides is excellent. They are always friendly and helpful whenever any issues occur. Their engineers are highly knowledgeable and professional, and their response and call-out times are impressive. Most repairs or issues are resolved in a single visit. I would highly recommend them for any MEWP services.

I needed a very specific machine at very short notice, and both Cavan Atkinson and Lydia Asquith were incredibly proactive and helpful. As soon as they realised the urgency, they had everything ready to roll once they received the go-ahead. Communication throughout was excellent, and they really helped me out.

The MWEP that was delivered was not in good condition which caused delays and time lost. Even after an engineer cam out to look at the problem and following there advise the problem continued and by the time a replacement was offered the job had already gone beyond its original time frame
