Thank you for your review, we always appreciate honest feedback.

I've looked into your order and I can see that there was an extended delay and for this I sincerely apologise.

I can see that due to an error with the Freight company our delivery from Italy arrived at the wrong hub which caused an extended delay before arriving to our warehouse.

As soon as our consignment arrived I can see that the goods were turned around the same day and despatched out to you via FedEx Express however I do appreciate that this extended delay meant our service was not up to our usual standard.

I do apologise for this and if you can please get in contact with feedback@eurospares.co.uk then we can look to rectifying this.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Enquired after a back for a maserati wing mirror and within 10 minutes via chat I got all the info, placed an order and it's arriving express delivery Thursday

Purchased a number of genuine service…

Purchased a number of genuine service parts for my Maserati Grancabrio. Parts arrived promptly and well packaged the very next day . I’ve usually managed to get 20 % disc on parts from two main dealers but Eurospares were cheaper .
Thank you guys I shall be using you from now on .

You really saved my day !
Sunday night I realize that I was missing a time belt for my Ferrari 348 Tb. I had already take the old one off and have deadline Wednesday evening for take off to Italy 🇮🇹 Thursday morning ( today) YOU DID IT!!!!! I’m now on my way to Italy with my Wife in our Ferrari 348

A 2004 Spyder needing feelers and information

A cracked information screen had caused all manner of havoc with fault lights. Eurospares had both a new and used option available with the used unit having been tested prior to entering inventory. Simply to keep aesthetics of aging switches consistent, I opted for the used unit. Of course, being remotely exotic, O2 sensors for the catalytic converters are inexplicably named "lambda feelers". While certainly worthy of humorous remarks, it took a dialogue box chat with a very capable parts expert to direct me to the correct parts and quantity required. Many thanks from sunny, Naples FL!
