So pleased with new door, guys were great, left clean & tidy after fitting.

In my experience, I noted that all communication was very clear, I needed to wait a few days for installation date which was alright. The actual process of fitting was a very quick 10 mins all done and very satisfied with the final result.

Despite it taking months to complete, the final installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The property was left clean and tidy and looks extremely good.

The workmen, Steve and Lewis, were excellent and efficient. However so far no QA or paperwork with technical specifications of materials used. If these come through in next week will upgrade to 5 stars.

The fitter arrived on time he was very pleasant and did first rate work

Evander fitted a new Conservatory roof and the quality is very good. The whole process went smoothly from the person that did the initial survey to the team who fitted it - everyone were excellent.
All appointments were confirmed via email & texts, including reminders. Also had a call from the surveyor when 20 minutes away. Couldn't fault Evander and I would recommend them to family & friends.

My elderly parents were burgled on 26th August and, with Aviva insurance, Evander are supposed to be fitting the new back doors which were completely smashed by the intruders. They are currently saying that mid-November is their vague timeline for having it replaced. In the meantime, my parents have to have the daily reminder of the trauma at the heart of their living space. Not a great customer experience it would seem, where surely 10 weeks is an unreasonable delay considering that they have been victims of such a horrible incident.

I was provided with a fitting date well in advance with instructions on what was required in preparation for the fitters visit. The fitter was prompt, polite and had the job done within a couple of hours. No mess. Brilliant service

I was referred to Evander by my insurance company for a broken porch door. While they initially came out to assess the damage and provide a quote, the customer service has been incredibly poor from that point on.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. The staff member assigned to my claim has never actually spoken to me directly, despite his name being mentioned. When you try to call them, the phones are rarely answered. On the few occasions I have managed to speak with someone, the staff have been unfriendly and dismissive, particularly when discussing which replacement door we wanted.

Things got worse when I had to chase up the status of the job myself. I was told there was a 12-week waiting period, but when I contacted my insurance company for an update, Evander called me back. During that call, the Evander representative was extremely confrontational simply because I had reached out to my insurer.

Now that the 12-week wait is over, I still haven’t heard anything about when they will come to complete the job. If you’re considering using this company, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself and deal with unhelpful, rude staff.

Arrived at the time and date agreed and carried out the repair very efficiently. No complaints at all

They turned up at the wrong time on 3 separate occasions when I had to arrange time off work each time. I gave up on their helpline after waiting for over half an hour on 2 separate occasions.

A painless experience. Fitters very efficient and tidy and worked solid all day. Very polite and careful. Could not have asked for more.

Highly competent from start to finish. The two men who did the work had it done in two hours, on one of the hottest days of the year.
