I had a problem with the cable supplied…
I had a problem with the cable supplied but customer support was quick and dealt with the return. Whilst it would have been nice to have had a functional cable first time, the customer service saved it.

Excellent support
The cable we received didn't work. When I reported it, they instantly organised a free return, repaired the cable and returned it, quickly, at no extra cost. The cable now works perfectly. All products are not perfect, but the sign of an excellent company is one that offers easy, responsive customer support to put things right.

Great experience with great customer service.
Fantastic customer service when Royal Mail lost my parcel - they were very fast to chase it up and help rectify it. Fernanda was super helpful and sent me the extra data I didn't get from Royal Mail allowing us to go locate the parcel.
Also loved the compatibility checker on the website. Genuinely a great company to do business with.
Thanks for a great product - hopefully this cable lasts longer than the manufacturer supplied one but I'll be back in touch if I need another.
Recommend buying from these (slightly cheaper than a rival as well!).
