Annoying company.
Annoying company- constant emails plugging pricey hospitality. Despite unsubscribing numerous times they persist in harassing . Very unprofessional.

David, it is very disappointing that you have chosen to place a 1-star rating on our Trustpilot account and use the terminology you have. We would ask that you remove the claim that we are a “Dodgy Company”
We reserve the right to take direct action against you for defamation if you choose to ignore our request.
This could very easily have been dealt with in a professional manner if you had chosen to contact us directly rather than use the TrustPilot platform in such a way that isn’t its intention.
The facts in this matter are …
We use an independent, established, award-winning email marketing agency to promote our services. Your email address was obtained by them for B2B email marketing on the basis of a legitimate business interest. (Should you wish to take up the matter with them as to how and why your email address is included in their data bank we would be happy to provide their details to you offline)
All emails sent by our email marketing service provider include our telephone contact details, an enquiry response page and an unsubscribe button
It is our understanding that you requested to unsubscribe for your specific email address. This was automatically actioned and subsequently suppressed. However, it would appear that email addresses either attributed to you at another business or colleagues in the same business are also within the data held by the email marketing agency, hence the duplication.
We have not at any stage attempted to contact you outside of the service provided by the email marketing agency.
While you are perfectly entitled to believe that in general hospitality is overpriced, your comment that our hospitality is overpriced is also totally inaccurate and unfounded, our prices are very competitive and offer value for money within the industry itself.
We use a full spectrum of sales and marketing activities to promote our services, however by far and away our most successful route to new business is a result of referrals from our very many delighted clients

Premium tickets for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
I bought hospitality tickets to the Spurs v Wolves match in September for the entire family. All 8 of us. You naturally get a bit cautious when you buy expensive ticket through a 3rd party, but everything looked fine. It was way better than fine. Fantastic support and follow up all the way. Nice call up from mr. Mitchel Preston who was superb throughout. I'm only sorry I cannot give more than the 5 stars.

We arrived about a
We arrived about a. Hour after the longe opened , we booked as a party of 4 , when shown to the table only 3 seats where available , which wasn’t the booking I had with Robert , if fact he offered me another 2 tickets so we would have the whole table of 6 which I didn’t take , because of this one of my guests had to sit on the end of table which with being asked to let people out from another table every 2 minutes far from ideal , food didnt arrive before the game started and pretty much summed up the whole experience really , would re book this again

Thank you for your review regarding your visit to Villa Park for the Europa League fixture Aston Villa v Bologna.
Firstly apologies for the delay in responding, we have been waiting for a formal response from the football club to understand what exactly happened on the night. We have now received further details relating to your experience.
It would appear that the room host as you arrived at the 150 Club allocated your party to an incorrect table, Eventmasters hold two seasonal tables of 6 within this facility, for this fixture, one of the tables should have been for a party of 3 guests and one of the tables, your party, for 4 guests.
We had provided details of each booking for each table to the Club, furthermore the seat details within the Stadium also have a specific tables designated within the 150 Club, the mistake by the host should therefore not have happened. The only explanation offered by the Club was that on arrival, you may have advised that you had booked through Eventmasters and the host has then taken you to the wrong table.
The Club has apologised for the error and will reinforce with the room manager and host, that tickets need to be checked on arrival to make sure guests are shown to their correct table.
We have reached out to you directly and would like to work with you (with Aston Villa) to rectify the situation following the issues experienced. This should not have happened, particularly in a premium lounge.

Wasn’t the best experience
Was an average experience ! Ordered the tickets for Villa game and had to chase up day before! Sent 2 tickets and forgot the 3rd so had to send on seperate email! Wasn’t the best it could of been
