No record of receipts for parking at Doncaster railway station £27 but o cannot claim it back absolutely shocking service do not trust this company they are awful I will not park at the Ftenchgate ever again!

If I could rate this company less it…

If I could rate this company less it would be minus 100%. They are an absolute shower. We parked in Pilgrim Hospital the cost £2.59 which should have been automatic payment. What a joke it didn't work ! So for the past 2 weeks have been trying to pay it and contact them Numerous e mails, they did reply to 2 saying to update details on card and account. Umm 4 times updated Account unaccessible from their crabby app. So today we get a £60 fine notice.!!!!! Your company is the pits and service to sort things out and app are diabolical. !!!!!!

Just terrible

If you tried to make a more dysfunctional app you wouldn't be able to. Doesn't automatically set you location. Loses the info you have inputted. Doesn't auto fill payment info. Just absolutely terrible.

Do NOT use them!

Took payment for a parking they do not have the rights to manage!! Searching for a site ID "worked" but then it turned out that they do not manage it. I tried contacting them but their AI "assistant did absolutely nothing!.. Complete waste of time and money!!..

If there was a lower score I would use it!!!Been using autopay for last 5 years whilst my husband attend both Preston and Chorley hospitals for chemo treatment Had email to say payment failed on card and to update card details, still not paid. tried messaging on whatsapp as instructed for contact. No response whatsoever!!Finally rang hospital car park this morning who tell me a PCN has been issued..but that he would get it cancelled for me. Find it incredible that I cannot actually talk to a human being about this!!!Once I get confirmation that the charge is cancelled I will be cancelling autopay.My advice ....do not use this app!!!!!

Exemplification of our national decline.

This country is absolutely falling apart. No surprise our local hospital has chosen a parking contractor that is totally not fit for purpose. I just paid to pre-book at the hospital and got a receipt for an entirely different location in the town. You can't speak to a human. So when you are dealing with stressful family circumstances this just compounds it. Disgusted.

Avoid to park if possible

I paid for parking before even leaving for two hours as responsible citizen in radcliff hospital oxford. As in hospital unfortunately i had to stay for 3 hours. Although I already paid for 2 hours it was still charging me for another 3 hours. I called customer service and they deal with ev charging only and there is no way to contact then,only way is send them a query through website. And what should one do then at this point? I have sent them the query as well. No response yet. If you cannot manage the parkings and help the customers you need to shut down the company. I paid earlier than I should as responsible person but this is what is happening. You people should be taken to court. I dont know why they give you the contracts to operate if you dont have enough staff to deal with the problems. Unfortunately there arent any options available to park in hospital. But you people must be taken into court.

Avoid if possible

I got charged wrongly by the Evology app. Customer services couldn't help, had no complaints process, said didn't manage the money and couldn't give me the contact of who did. Atrocious. Staggered that reputable companies deal with them. See for yourselves:

As we outsource our payment provider to Superpayments for the safety and ease for all our customers we recommend you contact them directly. Unfortunately, we have no contact details we are able to provide for them.

Forgot my wallet at a hospital…

Forgot my wallet at a hospital appointment, reception told me I could pay when I got home.
Evology / Parking eye refused to allow me to pay.
This is clearly an attempt to try to force their unreasonable excess charges on me.
They are parasites preying on sick people.

Useless app , useless support

Forgot password , so requested a code , . Minimised app to open e mails . When went back to app, to tap in code. App resets the page and takes you back to the beginning . After requesting half a dozen times, i gave up. Hopefully i dont park anywhere with this rubbish. Went on whats app for support. Only to be left hanging for 10 mins. Useless app, useless support.

I went to Mecca bingo the other day

I went to Mecca bingo the other day , mind you it was snowing pitch black outside and I wear glasses I seen the sign outside saying to download evology parking and the parking number so I did . No where I could see on the sign said otherwise . Charged me £5.25 for 4 hours ? Even though I put I was staying there 3 so the app is clearly faulty . Then got told inside if ur playing bingo the carpark is free which I never knew being my first time . And I emailed them explaining as Mecca bingo said then don’t own the app . And all they could say is what I already knew that the parking is free with bingo and they won’t give me a refund for over charging me and proof I sent them of me playing at bingo . Disgrace . Terrible customer service too from Caitlin .

Zero customer support
Incorrectly states that you cannot pay after leaving the location, although they may have a point as it's nearly impossible to make this crap work. Only gave 1 star as no more negative option available

Terrible parking company.

Forced to use the company for hospital parking and it was atrocious. Signage made clear first 30 minutes was free but shiny parking payment machines didn't respond to anything I did and offered no instructions as to how to actually make payment.

Had to download the app which refused to accept my log in three times and then charged me for the parking regardless of not exceeding the 30 minutes free period. To add insult to injury the charge did not reflect the posted tariff on the signage.

Today I sought to challenge the charge and seek refund, only to discover the posted email addresses on their non-itemised receipt don't actually work.

I hope this company gets enough complaints to lose their hospital contracts. The whole thing reeks of sharp practice and hidden charges. I'll also complain to the local NHS commissioning team.

DO NOT USE EVOLOGY!! I pre booked and pre paid parking in London next to my hotel aimlessly trying to find it with only advice on app of look for car park reference ..no help.. I gave up after about 45 mins.. I actually don’t think it even existed.. I pulled over and contacted for help on WhatsApp , they got back to me straight away saying to find another car park and they will refund me asap, but to go though the app to contact and they responded about 2 days later expressing as I didn’t cancel (which was never a option on the app) they do not give refunds if you park there or not..I’m not happy when the same customer services team have said two opposite things … all I wanted was a refund as I had to purchase other parking .. which I was told I was getting

Absolutely shocking customer service I used auto pay I had for several times no problem then I got a £100 fine they said couldn’t take money from my bank account no reason why I asked for customer complaints policy 4 times to no avail I appealed the fine no joy had to find £100 just before Christmas now I’ve parked again to use up the £8.39 on my account and said cos my card details haven’t been updated even though they haven’t changed I’ll likely get a fine again you couldn’t make it up I have no idea how businesses like these are allowed to continue!!

The team were really speedy at dealing with my query and it was resolved within 10 minutes. Very happy with Caitlin who supported me, and can rest easy knowing my parking was all sorted.

Val is the star

I used the site in Wood Street Manchester and parked up – I could not get the app to work and it kept returning to the same screens so left the car park. I then got the app to work and returned to the car park but was concerned that because I entered and left already there would be an issue.

Having no faith in getting an answer from anyone I did use the option to contact them – to my surprise a lady called Val emailed me first thing in the morning to say they parking had all registered correctly. I responded to Val to ask to just confirm the first entry and exit were all ok and she immediately responded to advise everything was ok

The App is useless but Val is a superstar!

After trying to pay via the Evology App and having issues with the location number. I tried getting in touch with a real human but after 30 mins to no avail I was ready to give up.
However, after emailing the customer service team, Val, came back to me almost instantly and helped with my issue clearly.

Cannot thank you enough Val! The app however still needs major improvement.
