I always get my treatment done from Ms Wajiha and enjoy how quick and easy she makes the process. She makes the experience comfortable for you and also educates about the process. I feel she does an excellent job every single time♥️

Very professional service

I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff. The technician was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt as if the team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was personalised and customisable to suit my treatment plan.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I underwent pigmentation reduction laser treatments, but unfortunately, the results were not as expected. Not only did the lasers fail to reduce my pigmentation, but they also made some spots darker. I was later informed that these spots have become scars, and there's nothing they can do about it.

I wish the potential risks had been clearly communicated to me during the consultation, as I might have reconsidered the treatment. Additionally, the staff's knowledge seems inconsistent, with different team members giving me conflicting information. This has left me feeling confused and upset.

Overall, I regret choosing this clinic and would not recommend it to others.

I've been coming to Evolution Laser for 5 years and their service is great. They are very friendly and kind, they definitely make you feel welcome.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your facility. I had an appointment scheduled with Jenny, my regular technician, for an underarm and Brazilian session. However, Jenny informed me that she was too busy with other clients and assigned me to another technician, Soriar.

Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the service provided by Soriar. I felt she didn’t perform the treatment properly on the inner side, and I felt that she was uncomfortable during the procedure. I noticed that Soriar had very long and sharp nails, which I believe is a significant health and safety concern. This condition prevents her to deliver proper care and could potentially jeopardize client safety.
I felt that my session did not meet the standard of care I expected, and I am disappointed with the outcome.

I recently visited the Evolution Laser Clinic at Merrylands for a hydro dermabrasion, but unfortunately, it was not the experience I was hoping for. I usually go to the city location and have always had a relaxing and rejuvenating time there, but this visit was quite different.

Firstly, the atmosphere was not at all conducive to relaxation. The music playing in the background was loud and inappropriate for a spa setting, with songs by M&M and Soulja Boy that included explicit lyrics. This is not the kind of ambiance you'd expect when trying to unwind during a facial.

Additionally, the beautician talked continuously throughout the session, which took away from the peaceful experience I was looking forward to. I'm used to being able to close my eyes and relax, but this time, it felt more like a chat session than a pampering one.

To top it off, I left the clinic with a very red face, which is not something I’ve experienced at the city location. Usually, my skin has a healthy glow after a facial, but this time, I was quite disappointed with the results.

Overall, my visit to the Merrylands location was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Evolution Laser Clinic. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future clients.

Amelia is great at Charlestown Evolution Laser

It was my first experience getting laser and I was so nervous. Amelia at the Charlestown store made me feel so comfortable, informed me about everything that was going to happen and made me feel at ease. She also took the time to explain the aftercare to me without the pressure of buying extra. I will definitely be back, and couldn’t recommend the girls more!! Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this place in general.
The laser part was okay. No major complains. However, I bought the session online on their own website, not a promo website or anything. And in person they asked me to pay a different price. I explained the situation and they accepted my voucher.
But when I refused buying 5 sessions, they obligated me to buy a $49.00 gel. I asked if I had to get the gel and they said said yes I HAD to. So I got it to avoid a discussion but I don’t think that’s even legal.

The girls are always super helpful and kind. Great service!
