I liked the offer of help for money…
I liked the offer of help for money towards my energy bills, unfortunately I have a phone phobia and really need my mobile for emergency only however I managed to understand the system more than British Gas.

After my recent Bereavement
After my recent Bereavement, I was amazed to receive offers of help while waiting for completion of my financial matters . The EVouchers I received weekly for 4 weeks was a great help and very much appreciated. Thank you seems such simple words , but come with HUGE MEANING AND GRATITUDE!
I found EVouchers in those 4 weeks very easy to navigate and experienced absolutely no problem with them .
My problem came though when I received a 5th EVoucher which I opened and was so grateful but saw I could not use it for the intended purpose and emailed the Energy office straight away. When I went back into my EVoucher App, that Energy voucher was GONE ! Not there ! I even searched and came back no record of the voucher at all ! I have advised the Energy office straight away and did everything they suggested in their reply, to no avail . A very strange happening. Thank you .

Restraints of the voucher
We were very grateful for the voucher but we had no choice as to where we could shop. We went to Taupi Carpets. They were rude and uninformative. They did not show us a range of carpets within our price range and kept hidden costs very quiet. We ended up paying above what we could afford but the fact we couldn’t go elsewhere gave them the power. Luckily my mother could help out financially- not everyone can do that.

Support for the school is great
Support for the school is great - very helpful and respond quickly. Some parents have had trouble accessing the vouchers, and there doesn't seem to be much support for them. Overall, very good.
