Balance remaining?
I was very grateful to receive the voucher and have just used it to buy groceries for the second time. What would make it better would be to have a way of monitoring the balance left. I'm calculating it on my own accounts spreadsheet but it would be useful to see the balance remaining in the app.

No point in these
No point in these, there's an expiry date which you're not told about until you get an email reminding you to use them at which point the voucher has already expired. And for an older person not used to digital stuff really hard to understand the app

First time using this service after a…
First time using this service after a mental breakdown and becoming homeless. Finally got a flat, but had no carpets. I thought I'd try, system was very easy and quick and not thinking I had a chance. I was so pleased to get my carpets fitted. So happy I tried. Thank you.

There was no explanation on what to do with the voucher once it was approved and appeared on the computer screen, however after 24 hours I had an e mail back and it told me what to do and it was then very straight forward

They would not work when I first got them…
They would not work when I first got them i tried to buy my utility bill with them and it would not accept it was declined three times so i phoned up for support and ask why they were not working.Livia was brilliant and sorted it out for me.Apparently the expiry date was wrong which made me look rather silly
