The ease of downloading the App is…
The ease of downloading the App is good.
But if you don't have basic IT SKILLS it hard to use after you have used only some of the money.
EXAMPLE @TESCO
When I used it in Tesco, the cashier grossly over charged the bill by almost £17 at Catford. So the items had to be rescanned. It caused a bit of embarrassment for me as the cashier was abrupt & did not want to adjust their mistake.
A stranger helped.

Use only 1 email address when receiving the voucher and downloading the app.
As I had 2 email accounts, I used the wrong one when I downloaded the Evoucher app.
This was resolved quickly and I received my voucher.
