Expert Electric Services Ltd Opiniões

Fantastic customer service (spoke and deal with Megan). Quick and excellent job from the electrician-engineer. Since call till the job done took just 3 days. Fully recommend.

Great service and price, Megan and the team were so good. Would recommend

Excellent ,came on time and was as thorough as possible, report showed some C3 results I have asked for quote to see how much to sort them out maybe sooner rather than later ,thank you

Had great service, needed an EICR for my house quickly, engineer turned up following week to complete the checks. He was polite, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He explained his results before leaving.
The EICR certificate was delayed due to emailing problems or they would have got 5 stars. would recommend them and will use them again

Had an EICR done on my property and response time to completing the test was fantastic very quick
The electrical engineer who did the test was professional and polite did not leave any mess and was very thorough
Office staff especially polite when de AC ling with enquiries
Would highly recommend and will use again in near future

AMAZING service.
We needed an urgent EICR due to a house sale. I emailed on Friday Gavin was round first thing Monday morning! Very professional and friendly manner from all staff to the face to face meet with the electrician Gavin. Cheapest price offer which was told it would be fixed price and it was ! I knew it could take up to 3 days for the certificate to come through however I did ask if it could be sent as urgent and it was sent the exact same day the electrics were checked. AMAZING once again thank you and I'll be using this service again!!

I absolutely would not recommend. I put my faith in them and got a survey done before buying a property. I’m now facing a £4.5k full rewire which the survey did not pick up. Even if it was just a visual survey, there were clearly issues which should have been highlighted.
To add to the reply below, still no refund. This seems to be in the condition I amend my review.

I got in touch with EES for an EICR report for my buy to let flat. They arranged everything themselves and completed the report very quickly. Always available when I needed to speak to a representative. All in all, very nice and responsive, quick, and professional service. Would recommend !

Great service, polite staff

A superb service with excellent customer support. I cannot fault their work and professionalism. Thank you!

Great service, quick and easy to book and flexible when I had to re-arrange. Competitively priced and completed quickly. Will definitely be using again.

The company came up on an internet search I was looking for an electrical contractor to carry out a three-year electrical check on my residential park home lodge.

When I made contact I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was dealing with this company.

The engineer Gavin arrived two days after my first contact with the company he was very professional and easy to talk to.

The electrical report came through as promised within two days and was comprehensive.

This company was as professional as you could wish for in how it conducts its business and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

-Pleasant, helpful guy who did a quick but thorough job,
very professional.

Absolutely brilliant service.
I'd been meaning to get this done for the last 5 years but couldn't find anyone to do it as the property was in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales and travelling for most electricians qualified to do this doubled the cost at least.
Somehow stumbled across EES Ltd and they were so helpful, from the office contact to the electrical tester, everyone was just brilliant and did just what was promised, keeping me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Made an enquiry and the price given was the amount paid, no extra charges, was in communication with the office staff throughout and the attending engineer was very informative. Report was emailed over way within timescale. Excellent service from Expert Electric Services. :)

Absolutely amazing service throughout, would highly recommend.

it was very easy to place an order and the price was very competitive i bought a bathroom extract fan as a like for like replacement and installing it was easy i had regular emails from the company and offers for any help this was very reassuring i would recommend this company and will probably use them again.

I was able to get an EICR booked in quickly and easily. They also offered the lowest price out of all the quotes I received.

The communication and service provided was great at every step of the process. The engineer attended promptly and carried out his checks without issue and I received my report after making payment.

Would definitely recommend!

Amazing, almost old fashioned service, rare these days. The lady I dealt with by e-mail was excellent, very patient, and the young man who did the work was also A1. All in all a brilliant firm. Thanks.
