from start to finish. They did a fantastic clean and tidy job. They even set it up on my phone
and TV . Everything was explained and also a free phone number to call if you get stuck.

Your man went about the installation very professionally and surprised me (a retired engineer) with the amount of work he accomplished during the time he was here. Very pleased !! And he explained and wrote down instructions as to using the system

From Mark M. the Sales Rep who explained in great detail how the product worked, showed me examples and answered any questions I had, to Jamie O'Brein who was outstanding in installing the system and nothing was too much trouble (and he left no mess which was an extra bonus), to Roxane in the office whose friendly telephone manner and helpfulness was the icing on the cake. All in all, a very friendly and professional company.

The fitter was pleasant, tidy and willing to show me how to work the cameras. I do not find things easy to pick up but he was very patient. Having contact with the tech department they sorted out getting my daughter on to my system. excellent outcome.

Martin fit the cameras for us and all went smoothly and quickly with a demonstration of the operation. It is quite a comprehensive system so many of the system working wasn’t remembered by us, not helped by our age, but they have been insistent on us using their free help phone.

Very professional installation & a very nice fitter nothing was a problem, no wires were showing and no damage at all to my home which is only 3 years old at the end of the job the fitter (Martin) then down loaded the app on to our phones & then showed us how to use it, we now have a safe & secure home thanks to Eyesec I would recommend this company
