Helpful, efficient service.

Martin who was the engineer who fit the system was first class. He worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained how we are to use the system very clearly.
We had a follow up call from Mark who was very patient and considerate in making sure we understood the back up support we will get

The response was fine but I am still hailing a problem with 2of the cameras they are staying lit when it goes dark and staying on until it comes dalight

Received excellent service from start to the finished job, Martin the fitter who installed the camera system made an excellent quality job there was no mess, he went through everything with me about how the system works.

The fitter ( Jamie) was excellent, he went above and beyond expectations.

From quote to installation it was really quick , Jamie was really good at fitting and explained how to get everything up on my phone
One camera went down 24hrs later but we had just gone on holiday, been contacted now I’m home and have been booked in to see what the issue is happy with the service so far obviously I’ve got a problem with one camera so hoping the after service is as good as the initial service expected there might be some teething problems at first but hopefully the team will get me up and running fully
