Excellent customer service and prompt 👍 I did not include a certain part of the prescription onto the website while ordering and when the glasses came in they were not clear. Rest assure Michael with customer service had it corrected while we were speaking and will be sending out a new pair. Thank you for all you do!

I recently purchased my company issued safety glasses thru Eyeweb. From the beginning to the end the process was flawless. I love my new safety glasses and I’m encouraged to wear them more because they’re comfortable! Thank you Eyeweb!

Sending the glasses back a second time. Still not right. First the bifocal was too high making me dizzy but now my vision is out of focus. Asked for a refund and my answer was they don't issue refunds.

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing what can only be described as a customer support horror show with Eyeweb.com. From start to finish, my encounter with their support team left me more frustrated than satisfied. Very poor products and pathetic support. Don't even pick a call. Not recommended at all.

The glasses are not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable to wear. The prescription was spot on, and I can see clearly without any issues. The quality of the frames and lenses is top-notch, and I believe I've made a great investment. I'm delighted with your product and service, and I would happily give your company a 5-star rating. If anyone is in search of prescription glasses, I wholeheartedly recommend your brand. Thank you for delivering such a fantastic product!"

I broke my frames. Four months until my next eye exam, I found a Frame Only option available at eyeweb.com. w/ 1-3 day shipping on my discontinued frames. After processing the receipt indicated the item would be shipped in 7-10 days pended lens install. Next business day, emailed customer service, confirming item would be shipped immediately w/o lenses. CS was prompt with bad news. Won't ship without lenses, the system should not have offered them that way. They granted a full refund but what I need is to be able to see before a trip at the end of the week. Now I have to start the search from scratch.

Customer service was top notch! Tim F. did a great job answering my questions and resolving my issues quickly and efficiently. Would love if all customer service agents were as respectful and helpful as him.
