Buyers beware they offer absolutely no customer service. They sent me a broken pair of frames and offered me a solution. Buy another pair, what a joke then they suggested I glue them back together.

11/23/2021: "Shipment# 4783 was sent via USPS 9400111298370998573004
1/6/2022: If the frame was damaged customer wouldn't have waited for 1 and a half months to tell us that. 6 weeks after Mr. Mike Hilger received his order he called us and stated that his optician damaged the frame while inserting the prescription lenses and wanted us to replace the frame under warranty. We clarified the situation and told him that this fault is not from our end as you have received the right frame from us. Please note that if you received the damaged frame from our end then we will definitely provide you with the new frame free of cost but in current circumstances, it was not possible to provide you with the free frame as the manufacturer will not approve that but we still refunded the complete amount of $33.23 to his account just to end this thing on a positive note.
