EZ Living Furniture UK Opiniões

Excellent experience. Helpful friendly staff

An experience I won’t ever be repeating. Avoid this company and shop where your custom is valued.

My order wasn’t trackable online, I emailed to find out what was happening and got no response. When the table I ordered did arrive it was damaged in several places which are very obvious (black table with wood colour showing through where the damage is). Again I emailed customer service and have had no reply whatsoever. I’ve now got a damaged table repacked and sitting in my house waiting to be returned, I suspect I will never hear from them again though. Think carefully before ordering!

I was in the derry store and dealt with grace. Her customer service was impeccable, she was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back. Sharon was also great

Kate, Kate,Kate, thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge. The confidence you gave us in making our purchase makes for a great shopping experience especially when making a huge purchase.
Cresent link Derry.
Our go to furniture shop. 5*

Grace was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She instilled confidence as a sales person and gave us good attention.

Ted from the store in the crescent link retail park in Derry was a brilliant help to us and very friendly. He made our experience very comfortable and we were very well informed on our options and how our payments would be processed. Brilliant customer service and it would absolutely make us come back again.

Every aspect of my dealings with EZ have been 5 star. Price, quality of the goods, delivery, after sales service. There are not many companies like this any more.

My garden chairs arrived last Friday, so pleased with them they are just as I was hoping for. Well packaged up and I was kept up to date with the delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.

Great stuff in store and very helpful staff

Side tables arrived on time and looks gorgeous, goes well with the rest of the furniture.

Ted was very knowledgeable and explained the product and options very well and provided us with a quote to enable us to make an informed decision

My wife and I came in to EZ Living at the Holywood Retail park looking to sort out the bedroom of our new home, not really sure what to be looking out for. The Mr Dylan Rhodes approaches us and proceeds to give us the most useful and honest help and insight as we look for a mattress that suits us. He was approachable, friendly, knew his stuff, and just a pretty great guy.

Easy to put together. Malaga garden set. Customer service excellent. Only thing not being it 5 stars was there was some scratches on ratin, some screws would not align to screw holes. Some of the ratin around the legs needed taping to stop it unraveling. But overall great.

We was looking around the store, when we was approached by Dylan. He asked if we needed any assistance, proceeded to engage and interact with us, offering an insight to his knowledge and also just generic chit chat - Not pushy, just a decent bloke willing to help. We ordered a 3 seater mainly because of how nice the guy was!

Samantha at the Holywood Exchange store provided us with excellent service during our purchase, and the complimentary coffee offered while we were just browsing was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

We travelled from Ballymena to view the outdoor furniture but unfortunately the item we wanted was not on the shop floor. The amazing and friendly Caoimhe went above and beyond to ensure we purchased an item that we were totally satisfied with. We could not recommend Caoimhe and Kate enough and are a great asset to the business. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and we left with a brilliant purchase.

Great chairs but feels it’ll go flat quickly but at present it’s beautiful

I was thrilled with my egg chair unfortunately they were some missing parts which were quickly replace.A lady called Katelyn dealt with it, she replied immediately to my emails so thank you.
I couldn't find one in the UK as nice as yours the only downside was the tax and delivery charge but it was worth it

Beautiful piece of furniture delivered safely and incredibly well wrapped. Thank you 🙂
