EZ Living Furniture UK Opiniões

We travelled from Ballymena to view the outdoor furniture but unfortunately the item we wanted was not on the shop floor. The amazing and friendly Caoimhe went above and beyond to ensure we purchased an item that we were totally satisfied with. We could not recommend Caoimhe and Kate enough and are a great asset to the business. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and we left with a brilliant purchase.

Great chairs but feels it’ll go flat quickly but at present it’s beautiful

I was thrilled with my egg chair unfortunately they were some missing parts which were quickly replace.A lady called Katelyn dealt with it, she replied immediately to my emails so thank you.
I couldn't find one in the UK as nice as yours the only downside was the tax and delivery charge but it was worth it

Beautiful piece of furniture delivered safely and incredibly well wrapped. Thank you 🙂

Good communication and someone on the phone to answer any questions. Up to date info given. We are thrilled with our purchase which arrived as planned. Delivery guys really nice and friendly too 👍👍

Caoimhe was a wealth of ideas and knowledge. Amazing customer service I will definitely return. Furniture and service first class.

Excellent help and service from grace in Derry store. Great recommendations and accommodating in our delivery times.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, we were served by Joshua in the Banbridge store, who was able to answer all our questions and made our purchase all the easier.

Iwent to ez living furniture store as we wanted to replace our current mattress. I was surprised at the amount of choice in the shop. It was a bit overwhelming but the sales advisor was able to refine my choice as we wanted a very firm mattress because of my husband's back problems.she was very informative and polite but not overly pushy.told us to try out some which would help make our choice. Got a good deal and a quick delivery date .
Very happy with my experience would recommend this company.

We brought two pictures from Londonderrry/Derry store. The lady which I didn’t get a name, was so helpful and patient.

Very friendly service. Time was given before committing to purchase. Sharon was very helpful (Derry Branch)

Beautiful table and very helpful customer service

I visited EZ LIVING store Derry, N.Ireland.
My sales advisor was Kate.

The store layout and presentation is very attractive and easily accessible. Items are clearly labelled.
Staff are very approachable.
Kate, who provided me with assistance was mannerly, knowledgeable and attentive.
I don't often provide detailed feedback, but I am glad to be able to acknowledge the very good service I received

Was given excellent sales service by Kate at the crescent link store. Very knowledgeable and more than helpful.

Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The staff (Ted)was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering valuable insights and recommendations without being pushy. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Sharon was so helpful! Really knowledgeable about all the pieces and took her time to make sure I got the bed I wanted with a good mattress at the budget I had set - couldn’t fault her at all! The company is lucky to have her!

From arriving at the Holywood Store what struck me was the impressive setup and layout , thankfully large enough gaps for my wife’s electric wheelchair to get through without the need of staff moving furniture. The member of staff who dealt with us (Julie) was very friendly and very informative and answered any queries we had without being pushy. We wanted a new mattress and were glad to hear she had the knowledge of having been in the manufacturers facilities and saw the whole process from start to finish. The explanation given with the cut away model helped us make the decision of what to purchase. Plus the coffee we enjoyed while going through the purchase process wasn’t bad either. Again a pleasure to go into and look around we will definitely go back again. Just waiting on the delivery now.
