No communication, No notification of shipment. No replies to emails requesting information about the order

Product arrived well packed and protected as promised.

EZ outdoor coverings was the only place that I could find that had the material I needed to finish my project. The site was easy to navigate, and the customer service was perfect.

I placed an order on Friday night, ground shipping. Come Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, no shipping info. I called and asked about order. I asked to get it next day or two day and I’ll pay the difference, but I needed it sat or Sunday. They said it will be there Wednesday the next week. Customer service tried to get it to me faster but it didn’t happen. I got a full refund because he couldn’t next day or 2 day it to me. That’s why 2 stars. I should have just fast tracked it from the start. Thank you Palram for trying.

The salesman, Yoav (sp??), was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The product was packaged extremely well for shipping and arrived in just 5 days, despite its size and weight.

Product arrived with minor dingys on one end of the panels but was able to still use them. Otherwise product was what I expected and trucking company was very friendly .

One of the polycarbonit panels has a chunck broken out of it.

Paid for 2 day shipping and have waited two weeks worth of business days and still haven’t received the order, this company doesn’t respond to emails either. Bad service and false advertising.

Easy purchase. Website gave a good description of the product, I was even able to call to speak to someone with my questions to confirm my understanding, the person was very helpful. Price was fair, timeframe was good. I love my little "glass" room.

Easy ordering, reasonable delivery and good prices.

Difficulties ordering product. Once ordered, was shipped. Got no good tracking information. Got a phone call 5 minutes before the driver arrived. He expected me to have a forklift for the 550 lb 20 foot long pallet. I don't have the equipment. Had to offload all panels one by one. Driver then said he couldn't take the pallet with him. Let pallet on street. I had to cut up 20 foot long pallet into sections and haul to dump. Complained to company via email. No response.

Customer service did great job. Gave me full attention, answered my lengthy questions and provided useful suggestions and alternatives solutions. Kudos!
