Je déconseille fortement cette application.

Cette fois-ci j'ai utilisé Facetune pendant environ une semaine seulement. Pourtant, les prélèvements ont continué automatiquement, à raison d'environ 12 € par semaine, ce qui représente un tarif particulièrement élevé pour une application d'IA, surtout au regard d'autres services du marché proposant un abonnement mensuel à un prix comparable.

Le plus problématique est le manque de transparence. Je n'ai jamais reçu de facture ni d'e-mail m'informant des renouvellements ou des prélèvements. J'ai simplement constaté la facture très élevée de Bouigues prélevée directement sur mon compte bancaires. Des heures passées avec Apple au téléphone, toujours pas de remboursement!

Ce fonctionnement manque de clarté et ne permet pas à l'utilisateur de suivre correctement son abonnement. Je recommande à toute personne intéressée de lire attentivement les conditions avant de communiquer ses coordonnées bancaires.

Au vu de mon expérience, je ne peux pas recommander cette application.

I subscribed to FaceApp Pro specifically to edit my videos, but to my disappointment, I’ve only been able to use it for photo editing. The video editing feature, which was the main reason I downloaded and paid for this app, is either not working or not available at all on my account. I’ve tried multiple times to access video functionality, but it simply doesn’t work—there’s no option, no tools, nothing.

This is extremely frustrating because the app description and promotional materials made it seem like full video editing was part of the Pro package. If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription.

I asked for a refund to Apple and of course it was rejected. This was a legalize robbery, and as a matter of principle I´ll spend some of my free time to spread all the possible bad facts about this useless scam app.

Unethical business model. They trying to charge me £7.00 few times a day, for over 3 months.

Someone did activated the free trial using my card, and since then they trying every single day few times a day to charge me.

That's they only business in know so far which doesn't automatically cancell an account after few failed payments.

Is disgusting the way they do this. Interesting, for how long will they still trying to charge me....for ever or will they stop at some point

FaceApp har trukket 250 kr. fra min konto for et PRO-abonnement, som jeg aldrig har godkendt, brugt eller tilmeldt mig. Jeg har aldrig aktivt sagt ja til noget – alligevel blev pengene taget.

Jeg kontaktede deres support med dokumentation, men de svarede først meget sent, og da jeg krævede refundering, stoppede de bare med at svare. De blev ved med at skyde skylden på Apple, selvom det er FaceApp, der har modtaget pengene. Det her ligner en bevidst strategi for at snyde folk til abonnementer, og jeg vil stærkt fraråde andre at bruge appen.

Aveva senso prima, quando ci si poteva divertire con il face swap. Da circa un anno non c'è più e come se non bastasse i filtri sono un po' tutti a pagamento. Non ci sono nemmeno altre opzioni di fotoritocco che potrebbero essere utili, ad esempio per allungare o accorciare il collo. In definitiva conviene più provare altri siti con la IA che modifica i voti, perché sono più economici e si trovano con una semplice ricerca su Google. Oramai faceapp non la utilizzo quasi più

It's good. It's very overpriced but you can eventually navigate ALMOST, to make it provide the result that you want it to, just not enough, not yet. It has potential but it's in slow hands. This seems - after two years of paid subscription - like an app that stopped DEAD. Creativity went to bed here, style is fading away here, it feels like someone bought it from someone with imagination, wanted to make an income and isn't interested in improving it. However, it is good. x

They have went into my account 3 months in a row when I asked them not because the app is not working and refuse to give my refund back and will not let me close my subscription...I do not authorized these people to go into my account, I will be filling a lawsuit

The app has a lot of potential, and the results can be stunning, but it takes quite a bit of work to get there. To start, you’ll need to take at least 30 pictures for the app to even recognize faces correctly, and even then, most of the effects feel unrealistic and look fake. There are tons of filter options, but finding the right combination to get the perfect look can be really challenging. Be prepared to spend a good two hours just experimenting with filters and effects to find that 'wow' result. If you’re patient, it’s worth it, but definitely not for a quick edit.

Faceapp was great until they removed face swap. Totally lost my purpose of using it. What a shame I was a consistent user of this app for years until now.

Said it was a free 7 day trial I cancelled same day and still got charged £35

They have totally destroyed what was an excellent app. No more face swapping. Poor hair swaps. I paid for a lifetime subscription. I feel robbed. Absolutely criminal!

Faceapp is actually a good app once you learn how to maneuver around and know which features change up the dynamic of your project totally. However moving right along, I paid for a subscription to continue utilizing the pro features only to be given an error message that I was using their server to much. Well I paid my money to do so. I've paid for other app subscriptions which is why I found that message very appealing!! They outta charge $7.99 for four hours worth of service. Make it make since since it's limited usage only. Get that part out of the fine print and on the front page. People wouldn't even indulge. Perhaps but at least they are informed 👎🏾

With the latest update and without warning to those of us whi have paid subscriptions, they removed the Face Swap and Morph features. They also changed the hairstyles and now they are cheap looking and horrible. Their alleged upgrades ruined the app. I and many others are canceling subscriptions. Major bad call on the marketing end.

La funzionalità più utile di questa app è sempre stata il face swap (scambio di volto), ma da qualche tempo non è più disponibile. Ho provato anche a installare versioni precedenti dell'app (anche di aprile dello scorso anno), ma nemmeno lì si trova più questa funzione, che di fatto è stata proprio cancellata dai server di faceapp. Sconsiglio vivamente di sottoscrivere un abbonamento pro, perchè tanto lo scambio di volto non si può più fare nemmeno pagando, e le voci che dicono che invece è disponibile nella versione pro (a pagamento) sono false

con gli ultimi aggiornamenti non è più possibile avere dei filtri pro guardando delle pubblicità; inoltre adesso la filigrana di faceapp viene automaticamente messa in basso al centro e non più in basso a destra: così é molto più fastidiosa. Riportate questa app a come era fatta prima perché così l'avete solo rovinata

I have used this app during the trial period and can say is it shouldn't exist. It is taking advantage of users and stealing their money.
I am a budding designer and influencer and was looking to find an app that edits without me needing to use photoshop. Unfortunately this app increases my work. For example when I changed my hair with filter, it adds weird half eaten flowers on my clothes to replace the empty place on my sweater which was covered by my long hair initially.
This app is totally bullsh*t and a waste of time, money and energy. It needs a lot of work and so I have deleted it. On top of this they charged me for one full year only after 2 days while the app says that it gives everyone 3 days worth of trial period. They are not even processing my refund.

Ho utilizzato questa app durante il periodo di prova e posso dire che non dovrebbe esistere. Si approfitta degli utenti e ruba i loro soldi.
Sono un designer e influencer in erba e stavo cercando un'app che modifica senza che io abbia bisogno di usare Photoshop. Purtroppo questa app aumenta il mio lavoro. Ad esempio, quando mi sono cambiato i capelli con il filtro, si aggiungono strani fiori mangiati a metà sui miei vestiti per sostituire il posto vuoto sul mio maglione che inizialmente era coperto dai miei lunghi capelli.
Questa app è totalmente una cazzata ed è una perdita di tempo, denaro ed energia. Ha bisogno di molto lavoro e quindi l'ho cancellato. Oltre a ciò mi hanno addebitato un anno intero solo dopo 2 giorni, mentre l'app dice che offre a tutti un periodo di prova di 3 giorni. Non stanno nemmeno elaborando il mio rimborso.

I have FaceApp Pro, and have done so for a few years and all was well.

Suddenly a few days ago the App started to do the face swap differently.

It used to swap the face and you used the erase brush to edit out the bits you did not want. Now suddenly you have to click a button that goes to a separate page to do this, and when you go back to see the result, you are back to square one, it has deleted the changes and gone back to the original. So technically it wants you to save the changes before you can see them ????. How they think this is better than it was is beyond me.

Now today, suddenly I get the message I am using an older version and must update to the newer version, as its meant to update automatically that’s a bit strange. It would be helpful if there was a link which says click here to update, but no, nothing.

Anyway I try and update, but keep getting the message, something’s gone wrong.
I go to the play store to download a fresh version to get the message this App is not compatible with your device.

I have uploaded several APK packs for the latest version from different sources, but still get the message you are using an out-dated version.
I have emailed them, but from what I reading on the internet, I don’t hold out much hope.

In the brief period I used the new face swap, it should be said the quality of the outputted photo is now much less clear than it was before this so called improvement.

Not satisfied. They are going to lose many customers. And I of course have lost my money.

My advice is to avoid paying them until they sort out the problems they clearly have with this new version.

yes same things happened me changed my phone from Android to Ios doesnt let me use it I paid . Shame on you ..

I purchased the premium subscription valid for one year. I recently changed my mobile, going from Android to iPhone, and since I have been using the new mobile, FaceApp does not allow me to access the premium subscription I purchased. It is not acceptable that just because you have changed your mobile you cannot use the subscription you paid for! So I wrote customer service and they answered me that "it's impossible to restore my purchase in the App Store, because App Store and Google Play are different stores with different privacy and price policies. So my subscription cannot be transferred to another platform." I will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
