Hello,

I am interested in purchasing products from your factory. Before placing an order, I would like to confirm if your invoices meet Amazon’s requirements for product authenticity.

Can you please confirm if your invoice includes:
• Company name and address
• Product name and quantity
• Invoice date
• Your business registration details

I need to ensure the invoice will be accepted by Amazon for verification purposes.

Thank you.

Motor came as promised and packaged nicely.

One i couldn't find the product anywhere and the next is important for me to services my hot rod l appreciate making business and I will recommend you guys to anyone that can't not find this cain of products or any cain of products again satisfied customer thanks guys

SCAM! All the positive reviews are fake! They didn’t have the item in stock. They charged my credit card anyway and kept sending fake delivery emails. I sent 4 emails to cancel the order with no reply. I disputed the transaction with my bank. The bank refunded my money. They then sent the items. I shipped the items back. They then sent emails threatening me with collections for the charge back on my credit card. This is a scam company. Steer clear!

I called 10 different store in my area and no one had the seal I was looking for. Factory supply outlet had it and shipped quickly.

Easy ordering and fast shipping

Seamless Ordering and Prompt Shipping
I found Factory Supply Outlet just through a google search and the experience was great. It was a great ordering experience through the website and I received a couple emails informing me when my partial/full order shipped.

First time user everything went smoothly the parts I needed were in stock and were received when expected
I believe this was the only place on the internet that had the bearing I needed and was at a fair price will recommend to anyone.
Thank you.

Communication is important when ordering parts, knowing that the order has been placed and is being processed and updates untill product is delivered. Though my motor is still on the way to me, So far Factory supply outlet has done this very well.
quck ship times and delivery are just as important in my line of business and sometimes is the key deciding factor when deciding who to partner with for my supplies. I will be looking to order more motors in the near future and will give first shot to Factory supply outlet,
