While some of our products are described as sweaters in style, they are produced as printed sweatshirts rather than traditional knit sweaters. To assist you promptly, we kindly request that you provide photos of the incorrectly received item. This will help us investigate the issue further and ensure we take the appropriate steps to resolve it for you.

Please send the photos to our customer support email at support@fadogear.com, and include your order number in the subject line. Once we receive the photos, we will expedite the process to either resend you the correct Detroit Lions Snoopy hoodie or initiate a refund, based on your preference.
