It's 14 hours untill my subscription renews and I cannot find the 'skip this payment button'. I contacted customer service and got a response almost immediately. This is the magic from Fairyloot, not only do they sell beautiful books, they also have a great customer service ❤️

Just fantastic! I've been a sub for well over a year now and my box always arrives safely packaged and in perfect condition through an international journey. Not only are the books beautiful but the customer service at FairyLoot is fantastic. I've had two issues with books over the 2 years I've been with them and both were resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

I had an issue with an order and had to mail them and within 10 minutes I had a response and everything was fixed! I’ve never had such an awesome customer experience.
If anything is wrong with whatever, just mail them and they have a solution!

The subscriptions are really diverse, for every taste and the books are high quality and worth reading and collecting after.

You know, I have been a sub to Fairyloot here in the US for a long time now and I very rarely have any issues. I would say I have had maybe 3 books over my time with them show up with damage that they very quickly replaced with no hesitation. I have had a couple go missing due to the postal service and they've always been absolute rockstars in replacing those as well. Through all of my experience, their customer service has been kind and understanding.
