I tried to call, and was hung up on four times. I was trying to change a flight at the last minute for a client and had to sit through a very lengthy live chat. It took an extensive time for the agent to answer on the live chat as well. However, the live chat agent, Steve, was able to change the flight.

The main reason that we continue to build a relationship with Fare Buzz is due to the exceptional service we receive from Anna.
If you review our booking History, you will note that we tend to mostly book Business Class, and Anna insures that we are happy and well served. You ask for Date of Service and there are too many to list; as we hope to continue to build a relationship with Anna and Fare Buzz.
