It was right on time

The service was excellent and Shane Morgan was so patient with us and took his time and made sure we understood everything all the way.

I would give 0 stars. My original ticket price was not honored. I was sent an email confirming my reservation then received a call adding 300 to my flight or change airports or fly out of one airport and back in another. DO NOT BOOK WITH CROWN.

Seth Watson was of great help with all my reservation formalities. I would recommend choosing Fare Crown for any travel reservation plans.

To all beware! DO NOT USE CROWN FARES TO BOOK FLIGHTS!!! And if any airlines are affiliated and working with crown fares travel agency as they call themselves I would seriously reconsider flying with that airline…they are knowingly taking advantage and scamming people out of money.

Please DO Not buy any tickets from this agency is a scam, I buy ticket from 117 as soon as pay for they start calling me saying that promotion was over, they want more money and they never give your money back. Please don't buy from them.

Jeff kept me informed about what he was doing every step of the way and made certain that I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

Henry was amazing, as I had some troubles with my purchase. He got my flight cancelled for me and I was free of charge! Excellent Service

Jeff Walton was very patient and kind with me as I was very agitated by the situation. He never raised his voice and calmly handled my issues. He explained everything to me. In the end (after more than 2 hours) he was able to get my flight rebooked.

I am convinced this company is scamming travelers. If you read their positive reviews carefully, it even appears they are fake. I was switched into different dates than I requested and contacted them within 5 minutes of booking and was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee despite airlines being required to give you a grace period to cancel your flights. Stay away.

Henry was exceptional. He provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out with a reservation.

Henry was considerable because refund processing was guarantee based on some issue about additional fees which was not convenient for me.

This was m y first time dealing.I dealt with Jeff Walton who was curteous, knowledgeable and profession took time to satisfy my travel needs After being notified that my previous confirmation was being changed by the airline and booked me on another carrier

I requested a cancellation of my booking originally via online chat tool. They forwarded my request to the cancellation department and assured me that I would receive a call back within the next 15 to 20 minutes which in fact I did so I was very happy about that. I spoke with Jeffrey Walton the representative from the cancellation department and from the beginning he was very very helpful. He listened to my concerns he immediately contacted Southwest airlines canceled my booking and made sure that charge to my credit card had been reversed and then followed up with me to make sure that I received the proper emails and that I verified the that there was no charge on my credit card so I truly appreciate him for that
