We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. We’ve reviewed your case in our system, and it appears that the activation passes were resent but unfortunately not activated successfully.

We are confirming that your refund has been processed as of 25.09.2025, and our team has sent 2 confirmation of refund emails. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take around 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re continuously working to improve our processes so this doesn’t happen again.

For your booking in Corfu, we can confirm that a refund for the passes in our system will be processed. Regarding Nuremberg, the Fast Track lane is active and functioning, so any further details you can provide about what happened at the airport will help us look into this matter more closely.

Dear Martin,

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: we do not claim direct agreements with every airport. Our platform distributes Fast Track passes legitimately via airlines and authorised partners, similar to how carriers like SAS and Aegean sell Fast Track as an ancillary service.

At Schiphol, travellers can also book a free timeslot directly with the airport. Our service is an optional alternative for those who want a single digital platform to manage Fast Track passes across multiple airports, with Apple/Google Wallet integration and consolidated travel services.

We’d be glad to discuss how Schiphol could benefit from broader distribution of its Fast Track service through our OTA, TMC, and GDS network.

FastTrack Flights is a legitimate third-party provider of Fast Track passes, and we understand your concern regarding pricing. Our service is priced slightly higher than purchasing directly at the airport because it includes the convenience of pre-booking online, avoiding queues, and the ability to download passes into Apple or Google Wallets.

We also regret to hear that you did not receive your pass. In most cases, delivery is automatic and immediate, but we recognize that technical issues can occur. We will reach out to you directly through this platform to investigate what went wrong and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
