Fantastic service from the lady in the Abergavenny store. So friendly and helpful; ordered trousers for me and adjusted the price in line with the sale offer. Ordered on Saturday, delivered and ready for collection two days later on the Bank Holiday Monday - very impressed!

I am a fat face fan for years, I’ve never had a problem with sizing, lovely accessories. I have been lucky to get a pair of shoes in the sale that I’d been watching for a while. Very happy buyer.

Great value and service!
Went in to the store in Abergavenny as we were away on a long weekend, and as usual the service was great, and managed to buy another pair of shorts- you never have too many !

Great selection of clothes
Great selection of clothes, all well made and some stunning bargains to be had. Easy to get them delivered to a Next or Fat Face store. Our local store in Abergavenny is extremely friendly and helpful.

Colin and Della, the dynamic duo.
My mum and I went into the Abergavenny store today and had a wonderful time being looked after by Colin and Della. We had a specific reason for being in store and the dynamic duo sorted us out beautifully. Fatface is my go to store in any case however as we needed something in particular we found that they went above and beyond, so helpful and friendly and gave such good advice, it almost felt like a personal shopping experience, how lucky we are to have this store and it’s wonderful staff. Thank you so much
