I ordered some shorts back in August unfortunately they are too big for me. I thought I had kept the receipt on line but cant find it. The store in Plymouth said as I didn’t have the receipt I can return it. Thought they would have it on line against my email address but apparently not.

Lovely new collection of clothes
Lovely new collection of clothes, plus the added benefit of some sale clothes too.
Store was well laid out, and changing rooms were clean and tidy and payment was quick and easy.

Assistant was very helpful
Assistant was very helpful when I came to the store and explained the problem of the order which was out of stock. There was a discrepancy with the value of one of the two items and she also rectified this also and my refund was quickly in my bank account. Thanks to the assistant for the prompt resolution

I love most of your clothes but please check your web , there you will see every thing all items that are short lenght as sold out so please make more things in short lenght ,I never bought anything in the sales ,because of this reason,I wanted button up skirts and stripe linen trousers ,I looked at midnight the day of your sale ,I even looked at m/s they were the same all short lenght sold first

I ordered online, collection from in store was quick and easy.
Unfortunately the item didn’t fit so I returned it to store, the return was also quick and easy. The staff member helpfully looked online to see if a smaller size was available which it wasn’t. She then checked stock at other nearby stores and had the last one in my size reserved for me. Really good service, thankyou.
