Store was shut
I had an email to say my order had arrived in store (plymouth)I went into collect but the store was shut for the day, with the price of fuel etc & parking charges so high i wasn't best pleased.

Breakyard cargo trousers
I ordered online and collected from the Plymouth store
Good comms and all worked well. The assistant suggested that I could try them on in the store to save me a return trip if they did not fit.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the issue with stitching on the back pocket flaps which make them stick out like pigs ears.

Great clothes and a good experience.
It was easy to order online from Fatface and collect from my local Plymouth shop. I like being given a choice of collection dates. My parcel arrived on time and the whole experience was pleasant and trouble free. (I do also enjoy purchasing from my local shop where I can touch the fabrics and try clothes on).

It wasn’t a good experience in the shop in Plymouth, the fitting room wasn’t available 40 minutes before closing time. I couldn’t try on a few things and just walked away…

MEG P was a comensuate professional when asked directed me the the right area of the shop and handed the item in the correct size and had standby options - but they were a perfect fit. Her till work was seamless and her plesent manner made the whole experience enjoyable. Well done

Overwhelmingly good customer service
I was overwhelmed by the personal service i received today from Meg P and Kirsty. They were attentive, deeply knowledgeable about what they had in stock and they helped me identify what trousers would suit me best. I left with the right pair of trousers and more confidence in myself. I can't remember ever having better customer service in a Plymouth shop.
