Excellent service

Excellent service! Very easy to rent and return the car. It was perfect. I left my Rx sunglasses in the car and they found them immediately and got them back to me. Highly recommend!

My lost items…

As soon as I reported the lost items they contacted the airport where I rented the car and then found the items and sent me emails which were helpful!!!!!

Get back my phone in 3 months

I am international traveler and I have left my 2nd mobile phone when I am leaving US. Even I didn't realized what I have lost from my travel after I got back. They, Sixt, have found my lost and then have informed to me about what I have lost, then I could see. I have asked them to keep 3 months for my next travel. And I could get it after 3 months. They are a reliable Sixt.

Excellent end-to-end experience and service

Khan and the Sixt staff at the Heathrow branch have been extremely helpful and delivered excellent service, from the initial pick up of the car during which we were upgraded for free, to the drop-off experience and recovery of a bag full of valuable items we had left in the car. Really flawless experience

Lost item returned:)

I did not know I had left my black sunglasses case on the black seat. I was so thrilled when SIXT informed me within a few hours that they had come across them and we made arrangements to get them back. I have never been with a rental car company that returned lost items. Once lost they had been gone forever. Thank you SIXT and your honest employees at Southampton Airport!

I reported the bag over a month ago on…

I reported the bag over a month ago on the day I returned the vehicle.The item I reported was an air mattress, stored in its beige carrying bag. But somehow It was reported as a tent bag. I made this clear when I first filed the lost and found report on the day I returned the vehicle. There was no follow up until I continued to call and then after me continuously calling I was asked to fill out the lost form again. The process was very stressful, although the bag was retrieved over a month later

Slarvigt skött och dåligt bemötande och kundsupport. Avrådes ifrån. Betalade dyrt för att få en kvarglömd T-shirt skickad från ett hotell i Norge och Faundit tyckte att det var ok med leverans en månad senare med extra kostnad för tull som uppkom för att de märkt paketet slarvigt och inte ville hjälpa till. Tröjan var redan köpt och beskattad i Sverige och skall ej betalas dubbel tull på. Faundit brydde sig inte det minsta och bad inte om ursäkt för försening eller avgift som var felaktig eller försökte att lösa problemet. Även mycket bristfällig koordinering med UPS.

Had an amazing experience

Had an amazing experience in the first place with these guys at the airport. Lovely brand new X5 with 11 miles on the clock.

Flew back to the UK and realised I had left my credit card wallet in car- reported it missing on app and found straight away and notified.

Great honest service.
