Absolute bandits

Absolute bandits, charger me 49 Euro to ship my electronic device home, but then UPS included another 10.37 euro charge and refused to deliver it without further payment. Disgusting behavior. To add further insult to injury now their postage provider has decided that they're going to dump the package at a delivery point, because they never told us about the fee.

We apologize if your recent experience with our service fell short of your expectations.

We understand your concern regarding the additional 10.37 EUR charge. Please be aware that these customs fees are imposed by your local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control, as well as UPS'.

Regarding the delivery, as we previously communicated via email, UPS attempted to deliver the package to your home address as indicated. However, according to the tracking information, there was no one available to receive the package.

As a standard procedure, UPS will then redirect the package to a nearby Access Point to ensure its safe delivery. In this case, the package was delivered to the closest available Access Point, and you were notified of this change.

We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Excellent service

Forgot an item at the Clarion The Edge hotel and a few days later it was at my door thanks to this service. Lucía Mendez was instrumental as she caught a mistake in the address and was able to correct it. The personalized communication made a difference.

Very Nice hotel and good service

Forgot my i-pad.

Forgot my i-pad in my room and automatically got a mai from the hotel that they had found my i-pad in my room. At that moment i haden´t even noticed the loss of my i-pad yet. In the same mail that made my aware of it they also gave me the choice of sending it to me or if i wanted to come by and pick it up. My collegue was still at the hotel and picked it up for me and i got it back.
Excellent service...

Precious cuddly toys lost and found

My grandson was very upset to find he had left his favourite cuddly toys in the Radisson Blu. When I rang Reception, the person who answered was very helpful. She went to look for the precious items straight away and phoned me back immediately to say I could come and collect them. A happy outcome! Thank you.

They contacted me immediately and they even had an option to ship back the item to me if needed. They followed up by mail, and confirmation of the pick up. Very service minded and helpful. We where also very happy with other services this hotel offered!

Holder ikke hvad de lover

Forskellen mellem hvad der loves - leveringstid mellem 3 og 5 dage, og så at være uden sine glemte ejendele i foreløbigt 10 dage og høre at ejendelene end ikke er afhentet. Dette til 373,00 kroner.
Det er ærgerligt men det er også uhæderligt.

A terrible fake service

A terrible fake service, forced upon me by Hindsgavl Castle Hotel in Denmark, after I left my computer charger back at my room. Faundit DOUBLED the original shipping fee (UPS) by charging me with an imaginary "handling fee". In fact, the only service they provided was some online form that processed my name and address. I am therefore shocked that a four-star hotel would allow her guests to be robbed in this way!

Very nice and modern place

Very nice and modern place, comfy beds and extremely friedy personal. Also we forgot charger and got it later very quickly.

Best thing - Prosecco in the morning during breakfast.

Dårlig håntering av løst ting

Jeg har bedt å lette etter min løst ting same dag jeg reiste fra hotel. Jeg var i sverie 3 dager til. Skrev 3 beskjed og ringt en gang. Bare da jeg spørte er de stjelet fikk svar at dere finnet den samme dag. Utrolig! Jeg kunne hente de selv og nå jeg måte betale 500 kr! Dårlig gjort.

FAUNDIT: yes!!

FAUNDIT customercare was very friendly, customer-minded and quick with responses to email. They were adequate and made sure a seemingly difficult delivery came to a good end! They made the process of shipping transparant by providing all the available and relevant information and got really engaged.
