Complete scam. Spent $350 on 10 evaluations. 2 months later, they had delivered nothing but excuses. Refused to refund.

They are scammers. They charge you for product and test, but they don’t leave you review. Some of the testers return the product for replacement after using it completely (to get another free product). Scammers. Stay away from this company.

Their reviewers take no time to read instructions You get people who probably wouldn’t buy your product in the first place and then don’t understand how it works. All they have to do is read the instructions but can’t take the time to do that and then leave a poor review. When you contact support, they are also useless. Would not use this service.

As a new Amazon seller I heard and watched lots of videos about "FBA reviews" and then I tried this platform!!!
after paying 30$ on the top of your free product + 15% extra fee as a Tax!!! I received lots of poor reviews!
I know my product very well and now my rating is 4.5 from 1K reviews! but the testers of this platform give lots of 1 or 3 stars!

Absolutely they pay youtubers to promote this platform and anyone who is looking for getting reviews I have to say avoid this website

Wanted to try this out to compare to a service we’re already using. Since fbareviews charge more, we expected more effort and better reviews. So far not worth it. The reviews are low quality and lack effort, poorly written and offer very little value. Not always full stars either. Other services provide better reviews and have much better rates.

Great communication with the sales team in answering all my questions! The service provided exactly what they said they would do.

The initial deadline to send 30 units out to be reviewed was 30 days. We are about a month late, and not even half of the units have been sent out. The rate at which the reviews come in is insanely slow. You might as well just wait for organic reviews or use Amazon Vine. This service is a waste of money.

I stumbled across this company but almost wrote them off because of their name (FBA). But I reached out anyways and to my delight they are able to help us market to customers on any platform. We have a digital product and were able to user test it quickly, and get back to our dev team with any feedback from their network on improvements. On top of all of that we were able to get some great social proof on how our product works and these reviews have been tremendously beneficial. FBA Reviews has a great team and customer support and they were able to cater to our needs even though we were not a physical product. Would highly recommend this team to get accurate user testing and sales momentum on your product, digital or physical. Will continue using them on a month to month basis.

Read other bad reviews before you work with them, because everything they said about this company is true: their reviewers are not authentic product testers, they just leave a review based on package and first look without actually commenting on their experience using the product. Clearly they are just people looking for free products. The company also hides when you try to contact them.

If you want to pay for their service and pay for everyone to get free product and not be guaranteed 5-Star reviews with positive feedback, this is the place to go!

Great Company! Helped us a lot get first reviews

I paid for 10 reviews 300+ $ and it was showing 10 credits I have. Now after 4 days "O" credit and asking to pay for credits. There no Customer Support or emails to whom I can show my bill from them. I would not recommend to work with them

Great tool to get feedback on your product and grow your product. Customer service is very responsive and is helpful when needing to know which reviews are associated with the program. I recommend that you better understand how people engage with your product.
