UPDATE TO THE BELOW: Fabrique have acknowledged the return but are trying to refuse a refund because the coat is covered in lint. A: this is not true and I took photos of the coat packaged up because I had read reviews and B: this is not a reason for rejection listed in their T&Cs. I have raised an issue with Amex and hope to have it resolved one way or the other but BE AWARE. I shop online A LOT so am pleased that this is my first truly negative experience but it is one to watch out for!

I ordered a coat from Fabrique and, after reading the reviews, initially felt anxious — but the first order arrived within two days via Royal Mail Tracked, which reassured me. Unfortunately the coat was too large, so I initiated a return. A returns label was provided within 24 hours, and the process appeared straightforward.
On that basis, I placed a second order in the correct size. This item was dispatched directly from China and took significantly longer to arrive. When it did arrive, it was again too large and I initiated a second return. As before, a returns label was issued. Both arrived within 24 hours but I still think this alone is suspect, I’m not sure why it takes so long to generate a Royal Mail label when most other companies issue them immediately.
However, both returned parcels have now been stuck at Royal Mail sorting facilities for over a week. Given that this has happened with two separate returns — and in light of the volume of similar reviews — it is difficult to see this as a coincidence.
I have emailed Fabrique three times to flag the issue and to confirm next steps, as once an item has been handed to the courier it is no longer the customer’s responsibility. I have received no response.
I have now raised a claim with Royal Mail and disputed both charges with Amex so the matter can be investigated.
In summary: ordering appears reliable, but if you need to return an item, proceed with caution. The pattern of zero communication once a return is initiated is particularly worrying.

The return process is slow. It takes about 8 hours to generate a return label but once the delivery is received, it takes more than 10 business days for them to process and I only received the refund after emailing them to follow up.
I think given the pricing of their products, they need to up their service. Returns need to be processed much faster.
Well I had this company wrong borough two tops one box was not great and looked like at some point it had a return in it. however in side the top was lovely love it came very quickly. Second top came later however the tracking I could not fault had tracking from start to finish at every point so I could see where the parcel was and going to be next. the top is amazing so much so I would buy from them again. I had reviewed before with the price you pay extra for however that was not down to the company. so very happy with both items.
Ordered a wool sweater that looked so beautiful on the website. Just received it and it's so thin that I can completely see my bra through the fabric. The sweater would be cute if it wasn't so thin, but definitely this is not as advertised and certainly this quality is not worth the $200 that I paid for the sweater. I will update this review if they make it difficult for me to return the item.
I have initiated a return online after receiving the coat today which is too big. I still haven’t been sent a return label and I have sent 2 emails the process is not simple most places send you an automatic return label . They have not / and I have checked junk and my inbox all day

The items, 2 jumpers and 1 jeans, are stunning! So pleased I couldn’t cancel. I have obviously had a much better experience than others, so I hope this company can get their act together because the clothes are definitely worth it.

I purchased some trousers from this company 2 weeks ago. Despite the item being in stock and their website claiming to ship within 2 business days, the item has not shipped. I contacted customer support 3 times and they have not replied. There is no other way to contact them other than email. Their email claims they reply and resolve the issue within 48 hours - not true.

Disappointed and not going to order again. I’d like to share my experience with recent orders:
1. Poor delivery. It was long (can’t believe they don’t use DHL with these prices), and my package was lost. Thankfully, I got a refund. Still stressful though.
2. Clothing quality sucks. My $500+ costume for travel (used in airports only) just pilled. Even Uniqlo clothing quality is better. Extremely disappointed with this “designer” quality.
All of this is Unacceptable for the US market in my opinion. It’d be better to provide better services instead of buying blogger ads. Thanks to this platform I can leave a review!

I spent nearly £500 on what appeared to be high-quality clothing, in reality what arrived was a Generic Amazon level item in a cheap white suit bag. The website and influencers target UK consumers (prices in GBP), but do not be fooled. The item I received was shipped from China and the quality is pitifully poor and fit lacking, nowhere near the standard expected for the high price tags and I am far from convinced by the claims that these items are created by top fashion house designers, I have legitimate luxury items in my wardrobe and can assure anyone that there is no comparison at all. The other parts of my order are AWOL so I cannot comment as they are still somewhere in the drop shipping chain - another sign of a far from couture experience.
When I requested a return of the one item I did receive on the same day of delivery, they immediately rejected it citing a 'Final Sale' policy that was not made clear at the time of purchase (not that this matters). It is unlawful under UK Consumer Law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), which guarantees a 14-day return window for all and any online orders. They are essentially ignoring UK law while happily taking UK money.
The confirmation email for the order also clearly states 'Need a size change/refund? Our team is just an email away,' yet they refuse to help and reject when you do so. They have have also stopped replying to my emails. I am now forced to raise a claim with AMEX to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID this tat at ALL costs!!

I wanted to share my experience with Fabrique for other U.S. shoppers.
This company does not appear to be a U.S.-based designer brand. From publicly available information, it seems to operate as a cross-border e-commerce business.
In my experience, their customer support was slow, inconsistent, and lacked the transparency expected from established U.S. retailers.
If you’re expecting the type of service you’d get from major U.S. brands or department stores, I strongly recommend researching carefully before purchasing from them.

I ordered several things after seeing beautiful items on Insta, with the intention to keep some/return some. I spent more than $1300 and then ran across reviews that nearly gave me a panic attack about not being able to return items. I immediately emailed the company to cancel unshipped items - they processed this so quickly and refunded the cost of those items. I received the rest of the order and ended up returning 2 items and exchanging one for size. Again, this happened quickly and any email I sent was answered expeditiously. I got a refund for the rest of the returned items and kept a lovely skirt. I won’t be so skittish to order in the future. Their customer service must have gotten an overhaul.

I ordered the small duomo bag online to the UK and then found the bad trust pilot ratings and was so worried. Thought I'd made a stupid mistake.
The bag took a bit to come, but was well packaged and a lovely bag. It just didn't suit me.
I filled in the online return request and then waited a day for a return, and despite coming from china the return address was in Birmingham via royal mail. It took some time to get there (Christmas and royal mail delays), I posted on 22.12.25 and got my full refund today 7.1.26.
I was worried they would try to refuse a full refund or take some payment off, so I videoed me opening and packing the bag up but in the end the return and refund was straight forward.
I hope your experiences are as smooth in the future.

I ordered two pieces from Fabrique, and was worried after I came here and saw the reviews, but my experience was pretty great.
I loved the trousers I ordered. One of the internal buttons was a bit loose, which wasn't a great sign, but it was an easy fix and otherwise they were great -- kept them.
The jacket I ordered was very cool, but a bit big on me (I'm 5'4" so this isn't uncommon). Given the price, I decided to return it.
The returns process was generally easy -- they confirmed my return quickly and sent me a shipping label. It was royal mail and I had to print the label myself -- bit annoying as I don't have a printer, but otherwise fine.
It took ~1 months to process the return. Again, a bit long, but not a disaster.
Overall I would order from them again if I saw something I loved, but aware that it's a china-based company so everything takes a little longer (from the UK).

I wish I’d come here before I made an expensive purchase. While the unique design and great branding caught my eye, the sizing and quality is wildly inconsistent. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for an exchange because the pants I bought are minuscule. After emailing them they finally responded today they don’t have my size. Three weeks.

Luckily, I got the shipment on time. I ordered the dark brown suede bag. The suede is not as smooth as expected but still I’m happy with the design. The problem is that it’s hard to clean once it’s stained. I had a tiny stain on my first few uses and I tried to remove it first by gently brushing then using a soft wet cloth but now it has a water stain on it. I don’t know what to do with it.

Terrible service. I initiated return 3 days ago and I send three emails asking for the return label. I still didn't receive any reply. I checked also spam so many times. If I dont hear from them in next 24 hrs, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

The company cancelled my order without telling me and has not refunded me. Their customer service is a nightmare with periodic and misspelled responses that give no indication that I will receive a refund on an order that they cancelled (without telling me that they had cancelled it).

Horrible customer service! Purchased 2 things through the website coat and the pants. Pants shrinked during wash and coal us too big and buckle broke. They refused to exchange these two items because I didn't have tags. I usually keep tags but I didn't keep it for these clothing items bcs I really liked them now I have to figure out how to fix my problem and spending almost 900 dollars there was worthless!
