I should have looked up reviews before…

I should have looked up reviews before buying. Saw this company on Instagram, probably like everyone else. I bought a jacket and shirt, still haven’t received the shirt. The jacket was huge. You go to return it and they say they will follow up with a return label. Short story, you have to reach out again to get the label. They really don’t want you returning anything. The quality is fine. I think still very overpriced. Just disappointed, would highly recommend not buying anything from them.

Mal practice - watch out

They give you an RMA # but they don’t issue you the return label. Plus they tell you send it within 7 days to avoid charges. It has been 3 days and they have yet to send me the return label. I have emailed their support 6 times so far, and now they don’t respond to me. I would not recommend any business with them because if the product does not work out, you are left hanging.

This company is untrustworthy when it comes to returns. They only try to rectify if you make noise, like bad reviews and social media reviews. In Addition, know that you can also dispute the charges with your credit card company and they will contact their bank to reverse the transaction. Do all of the above. Report mal practice with BBB and the FTC so they stop hurting other consumers. Make noise to protect the consumer.

Beware, if you cancel the dispute, you cannot reopen it. So please let your credit card company handle it for you and don’t fall into any deals with fabrique to settle outside the dispute. You are taking risks.

BTW, the fabric quality was ok, but this $700 coat was full of white wool fiber all over, stray threads, and even milk like stain on the collar, where if you rub it, the flakes fall. Quality control is questionable.

However, we still have to explain: First, our return labels are not sent manually, but automatically by the system. If the customer does not receive the return labels, there are many possible reasons, not that we do not agree to accept the return. If we do not accept the return, why we review and approve your request as soon as you initiate the return application? Second, for customers who have not received the label, after contacting our customer service email, we will 100% let the customer service team reissue the return label within 24 hours. If you doubt that we did send you the first label, you can directly contact the customer service email and we can provide any timeline evidence. Third, about the refund. If the chargeback is initiated before the quality inspection of the return is completed, the handling of the chargeback case has exceeded the handling authority of the customer service team, which is a case that can only be handled by the finance team. Nightmare!

I agree with rest of the reviews. Return process is such a nightmare!! I have requested for a return 5 days ago and never get any response from them or provided me with a return label. I spent $800+ on them, now i'm finger crossed just hoping this is not a scam. The hassle is real, never again.

No refund and no confirmation regarding the return process

I returned the item I purchased from them since the quality of their item does not meet my expectations for that price (over 800 dollars). I asked customer service when I would expect to receive my refund; It has been over 5 days since they received my return. They kept telling me it would take 3-7 business days. Literally copy and paste from their website without really escalating the refund process. They have not started the refund process. I did not even receive any confirmation regarding the refund either. I have never seen any merchants process returns and refunds as inefficient as they do.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. But you can review our official return policy and the return instructions you received. Both places clearly state the time we will process refunds. And that is only the latest processing time. In the fastest case, this time will be advanced. After checking, your package arrived at our warehouse on October 29, 2024, which is 6 calendar days from now, and it is not even a business day (because there is a weekend in between), so our processing time is completely reasonable and does not violate our return policy. We have a strict quality inspection process, which is why we need time to process returns and refunds, rather than directly refunding without unpacking the package and quality inspection. Cancellation policy is bad

I purchased an item and it was back order till November. I decided to read their return policy and I am glad that I did. So I sent email to ask to cancel my order. On the next day I received an email Your order has been canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.
When will I get a refund??

Return process is a Nightmare

I agree with the reviewer who complained about the return process. I have had the exact same experience. I requested an exchange for the two pairs of jeans that I bought. They did go ahead and process the exchange. Sadly, those did not fit either (in fact the one pair seemed to be the exact same size as the first I received). But now I have 4 very expensive pairs of jeans- none fit and I can’t get them returned. Save yourself the hassle. The sizing is so inaccurate as well.
