So aparently i have a CCJ of 928£ that i didnt know( gone on the wrong adress).this company just gave me a adverse credit record and now me, my wife and daughter have nowere to stay, despite the fact that we payd every single thing in time, no eviction, good refference from the previous landlord,etc.Thank you FCC Paragon for ruining families and providing more homelesness in London.

My paperwork was lost when I used their online forms to submit them. Advisor was rude and blunt, said I didn’t have enough records after re sending 4+ months of payslips, saving records and bank statements as well as offering to provide a guarantor. (Was also told there was no point in using a guarantor by staff) Did not explain any of the processes of rectifying minor issues with paperwork. Only positive was the support from Mollie, but that didn’t take away from the shocking customer received by other colleagues.

I’m currently undergoing referencing checks and the whole process is awful and stressful. It’s supposed to be fast but I’m seriously afraid I’ll be homeless next week as well as lose my holding deposit. They have gathered all the required information and keep on asking for more and more. I have been renting for 6 years and never had any issues, I have a great credit score, no ccj and a clean dbs, yet it’s taking weeks to complete my referencing with them. I’ve given them 3 months of bank statements and payslips, have showed them proof of my savings that cover over 9 months of rent of top of my salary. They’re communicating back and forth with my employer for unnecessary information such as my training period at work (which does not affect my pay or my probation period) making it extremely embarrassing for me to chase. My employers sent them two references and assured me FCC Paragon shouldn’t need any more information for a throughout check, yet they are asking for more information. It’s starting to feel like they are trying to get information for other purposes. If your letting agency is using this company, I’d suggest you look somewhere else!

Horrific service, if you see them as the referencing agency then immediately refuse the house - awful awful 0/10 service - worst referencing agency I have ever had to deal with - complete nightmare

Poor communication, lack of flexibility and outdated forms

Had a reference check with this company and I found the communication to be extremely poor, they look right into your life and they keep asking for more and more and even when they've asked for enough they keep asking jisy to cancel your application, our application to 4 and half weeks to complete because they were messing us around we paid the fee and it just feels like I've just flushed it down the toilet.

I am extremely disappointed that this company has done what they have, we gave them all we had all payslips and bank statements and they wanted more it felt like they wanted arms and legs instead. I will not be using this company again as I felt we went round swings and roundabouts with them and it has been nothing but a huge stress situation of sleepless nights and upset for me and my partner.

The agent was extremely helpful and efficient. Insurance renewed in a couple of minutes.
