I’ve been dealing with this company for weeks. They’ve messed up my order twice, and are now prolonging fixing it. Their AI contact support repeatedly says my complaints are being raised to human attention and nothing comes from it. Getting ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and others.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Delivery was excellent and I love my three canvas prints. I will definitely order again.

Although it took a while to get the actual image from the photo I used it wax worth it even down to the little white mark on his nose that he’s had since a puppy to his own collar and so soft eyes it’s a great portrait which dhows his gentle nature , love it

After I ordered it I began to have doubts. Was the company authentic or was it another scam. We read about these things all the time nowadays.
I am so pleased to say that Fido & Frame it is a real company who deliver an excellent product.
My artwork arrived today in a very short space of time after ordering & I am absolutely delighted with it. I even got emotional when I saw it.
I would totally recommend Fido & Fred to anyone who asks or to anyone who has doubts.

Easy to use and the picture came out fantastic

The picture I received was beautiful and I would give the quality of it all a five star. I rated the entire experience four star because after I ordered, I started realizing I could’ve gotten the same thing for less money. It was quite pricey.

Placed an order for £250!. The image looked great and was looking forward to getting it.
I could not have been more disappointed when I got it. Whilst the image was fine the acrylic is thin and although packed well it is warped and will never hang flat.
Emailed in to advise with no response. It is essentially thin and cheap acrylic with an AI image generator, which you can just do yourself with Gemini or Chat GPT. At 250 I was expecting far far more. It will go in the bin now and I will go back to a company I have used many time at half the price and far superior quality.
