I loved the gentleness the picture portrayed of my sweet Lady. Super sweet. The picture was nicely unframed and arrived in good condition.

I ordered three portraits, and each portraits captured my pets(2 dogs and 1 cat) beautifully! The staff was very helpful accomodating the mistakes I made with order, and they make sure I am happy with ending result.

My pics of our Annie & Oakley are just perfect - they are actually a little bigger than what I originally wanted but love them - surprised my husband with them and he actually had to wipe tears when he opened them - best surprise ever❤️

They have Poor customer service . U cannot talk to real person when u call , when u finally get to speak to someone it takes about waiting 3 - 5 days before u can set up an apt with to speak someone, a real human person! And the times are during our work business hours.
So tried going to Fido in Millwoods , they were rude and unprofessional, no help at all! They said u have to call customer service they could do nothing???
Just a run around from their customer service. What they should be able to help u at store level. Service has gone down the drain, as soon as my contract is up will be switching to a different provider not Fido or not Rogers one of the same. Really bad or no service now!

It was perfect! Our daughter’s dog is very old and sick. We wanted her to have something she can take with her to college to remind her of Lucy always! She loved it!

They turned out great, slight issue on order. I ordered duo package on my phone and received pictures of same dog vs what I saw on my side. They did send me correct portrait for small fee. There side showed same dog. Either way, we received portraits of both our dogs and they look great!

The easy to use website made the experience simple, and the final product was simply amazing. They turned a special picture into a work of art.

It was so easy to order I downloaded a picture of my dog and they gave me a couple options of what to pick they did an awesome job and my neighbors all liked it too
