I absolutely LOVE my picture. I got the large-size head study of my Belgian Malinois who passed a couple of months prior, and the expression was exactly him. I'm going to order a couple of smaller ones for my other two dogs. Turn-around time was excellent too.

Sometimes I worry about ordering off sites posted on social media. This time, I was so Totally Delighted by the quality of their product!!! I was sooo pleased with my order that I am ordering another Fido and frame for a friend !! You will Not be disappointed!

Fido & Frame had the watercolor look I was going for when making a pet portrait. I was able to try various styles, colors, and photos on the platform before sending to print. VIP package allows for changes if you’ve missed anything on review!

Quality of work is superb and the picture came out looking liked my Max, and the price is very affordable.

The final product looks exactly like the picture I sent them; the quality is great and customer service second to none!!!!

Awful company! I ordered an acrylic print & paid for the VIP service as needed it urgently. They got the first attempt wrong , it then took months to get the corrected version but refused to refund the VIP element. I wanted a digital file of a different image to use for the front of our aircon unit (it hold a piece of paper on the front of it to make it look like a framed picture), it was supposed to match the acrylic print on the same wall. The Chatbot told me I could order this & gave me the price but then over email they refused to sell me the digital file without a physical product (which would have gone in the bin as I can only use paper on the unit). I explained this repeatedly but ithey stopped replying to me. I had delayed the purchasing of the aircon print for months whilst trying to sort the acrylic then once finally resolved they let me down on the digital file & I have had to source another company & try to get something to match. Horrible dishonest company.

Two days ago I received the shipping info and there's no way to track my purchase because there's no shipping company name or link to track. Tried every single shipping company with no results. Sent 3 emails and no answer, chat with AI and it just apologized with no explanation or update on my purchase. When the purchase was made, it said 5 to 7 days to delivery, AI said 7 to 8 BUSINESS days, unacceptable. FYI, my credit card was charged 7 days ago. Please give me a verifiable and accurate human information regarding my purchase before I take this matter to my credit card company.

My dog passed away last year and I couldn’t think of him or see a picture without crying. I felt ready 16 months later when I ordered his portrait. I couldn’t be happier. It is a great representation of him! I’ve also just moved and hung the portrait someplace where I will see it day and night. I couldn’t be any happier that you brought him back into my life this way! Fido and Frame made the Whole experience so pleasant and I love my memorial portrait of my golden of 16 year. I had tears in my eyes when I opened it and still do when I look at him.
