Just purchased my third PC from Fierce, and very pleased with my purchase. Had it build to my own spec, 2TB SSD, 5070 Graphics and 7700 Ryzan. Slight delivery delay, but it's Christmas
Good company and can highly recommend them if your looking for your next PC

Firstly, Thanks to Pete, who sorted out the pc I was after as a next day delivery! It arrived today before midday! First time using FiercePC, and I'm writing this review on my brand new, beast of a PC! Highly recommended, and will buy from again! Thanks to all that made this a splendid experience!

I was happy overall with the product itself, staff were fantastic, my only gripe was the length it took to deliver

So the 8-10 days for delivery is actually 19. The stock accuracy is not accurate. Case and Motherboard were both reasons for delay. I had to pester and chase just to get it at this timeline.

Add to that the failure to provide the borderlands code which was included with the purchase. I requested it 19 Sept and was told it would be in an email shortly. I had to then chase again 22 Sept through phone call, then email, then follow up call when my email was pushed back due to "being busy"

AND THEN, if that wasn't enough. The code I was sent turned out to be an already redeemed code.

Poor timelines, Poor Service, Poor attention to detail. I would not recommend.

I'm also happy to prove all of the above should this review be challenged.

The website and computer customization process is easy and beginner-friendly, and their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with the delivery (DPD the worst), as they failed to deliver my PC. Fierce PC did everything they could: they tried to contact DPD, requested a delivery address change, and followed up for an entire week until the delivery was finally made (though, of course, to the wrong address, thanks to DPD’s incompetence).

Despite all that, Fierce PC listened to my frustrations (it wasn’t a cheap PC), and they were incredibly supportive and professional throughout. If I could, I would give them 100 stars!

I configured a pc on the website and once I received the system I noticed that the parts sent were different from the ones I configured before dispatch I received an email if changing the motherboard would be okay to which I agreed however I was never told that they would also change out the graphics card to one from a different manufacturer

Great communication
Sorted out what I needed, as a first time gamer they provided me info of what I needed and found a plan which would suit me.

Excellent machine, everything in the box as it should have been and goof communication with regards to the delivery.

I have connected to FIERCE PC customer service, gotta say fast response and professional staff there. All I was making sure that I did order correct and how it's goes. Everything was solved in a seconds. Love their website ,easy to surf and find all for my needs.I would give 6 stars if there be them ,strongly recommended if you looking for professional fast responding team and best price PC parts. Got my custom build perfect works like a dream highly recommend, took 10 days was expecting it to take bit longer but got in to me within just over a week thanks Fierce for the perfect pc, you guys are amazing!!.

Bought a pre built 3 weeks ago from them and it looked amazing when it arrived, they could not get the white ram I choose to boot pc up so they upgraded me to better ram with tighter timings and a bigger cooler no extra cost would I buy from this company again absolutely communication was absolutely spot on

I spent just over £1,000 on a gaming PC from Fierce PC, and overall I’m really happy with the purchase. When the computer first arrived, it was missing the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Wi-Fi antenna—which was a bit confusing. But after calling the shop, they quickly explained there’d been an issue with the delivery company, and that the remaining items were on the way. Sure enough, everything else arrived shortly after, just as they said. The guy on the phone was very polite.

I’ve had the PC for about a month now, and all the components are running smoothly. No issues, no faults—just solid performance. Can’t complain at all. Would happily recommend Fierce PC to anyone looking for a reliable setup.

Best customer support

Bought a CPU motherboard RAM bundle. Order confirmation clearly stated thermal paste was included with my order but didn't arrive. I was then told that because I didn't buy a cooler thermal paste isn't included. This is completely misleading as this is not what my order confirmation stated. The CPU also had poorly wiped off thermal paste from testing. Not happy

I had a very pleasant experience overall! I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs, but the team were very quick when responding to emails and answered all my questions in a way that even I could understand. The building and delivery process did take a while, but this was mainly my bad, since I placed an order during a particularly busy period for them, and I didn’t pay for express shipping. Either way, it was worth the wait, as I’m really made up with the result. Thank you!

I ordered a PC from Fierce PC, but the delivery went badly wrong and now the parcel is missing. Instead of helping, Fierce PC have pinned the blame on me, leaving me without a PC and hundreds of pounds out of pocket.

Since I wasn’t going to be home, I asked for the PC to be delivered to a local DPD pick-up point at Matalan. But the parcel never made it there, and no one signed for it. After chasing DPD, they said it had been delivered and sent a photo of it left behind a bin, with no explanation or proper confirmation.

Despite this, Fierce PC are refusing to take any responsibility. They claim that because I requested delivery to a shop, it’s now on me even though the parcel never reached the actual pick-up location and was dumped somewhere out of sight.

Here’s the response I got after explaining all of this:

Hi Ricky,

I we will do everything we can to help, however I must make you aware that by requesting your parcel to be delivered to a pick-up point or leave in a safe place, the safety of the parcel and any potential issues such as loss, theft or damage will shift to you.

I have called DPD and they have reviewed the POD for me. There is a picture of both parcels being delivered to the Goods-in Area behind Matalan and Map Coordinates.

As there is a clear POD, DPD are not able to do anything further at this stage.

Have you been to the DPD pickup point or did you go to Matalan,

I can see on the map that there is a separate DPD Pickup Shop.

That pretty much says it all. Once they’ve shipped your order, it seems Fierce PC no longer consider it their problem.

I won’t be ordering from them again, and if you’re thinking about it, be warned if the delivery company messes up, you could be left with nothing.

I understand this isn’t solely Fierce PC’s fault, DPD are just as responsible for the mess. But as a business, Fierce PC will have insurance on their shipments and could have easily stepped in to resolve the issue. Instead, their response has been incredibly frustrating. They seemed more eager to pass the blame than to actually help fix the situation.

Just like many other low reviews, their handling of deliveries is terrible.
Predicted time was 4-7 business days on a CPU that I had bought. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, and only after multiple emails/calls.
They also recalled it mid-delivery as they after delaying it so long had somehow managed to send the wrong items anyway.

Johnathan was absolutely incredible! I was facing an issue with my graphics card, which was causing everything on my monitor to appear wide and blurry. He took the time out to install specific programs and thoroughly checked everything over via screen share. I highly recommend him! Someone should definitely give this man a raise!

ordered on Saturday 12th a computer that was showing in stock for collection or delivery. I paid premium delivery which was almost £50.

I had no updates by Monday 14th so decided to send a polite email simply asking for an update. All I got was an automated response.

It is now Tuesday 15th and if I had ordered from another website I would have already received my computer. However in this case I have not even had a reply to my email asking for an update.

Conclusion; Need a computer promptly and a company that responds to emails, perhaps looks elsewhere.
