Great easy to use website, only downside was no updates once order placed until product was ready. Would have liked an estimated delivery date but apart from that first class.

I would like to take the opportunity of thanking all concerned for making the ordering of my new Gaming PC, a relatively straightforward matter. I looked at various other Gaming PC suppliers during my deliberations and found that not only was Fierce PC website easy to use but also their pricing to be extremely competitive.
I would especially like to commend Oliver Robinson for his patience and the time taken to assist with my eventual setup. He took the time to consider what I was suggesting and then put forward helpful alternatives throughout the decision making process.
Hopefully the actual build etc goes as smoothly.

Great experience for my first gaming pc ever!

All the process was faster then I expected.

Other than the website not updating you on what stage your order is from, and DPD being absolutely useless and delaying my parcel when it was literally an hour away for another 3 days the company is great, quick on replies even when it's a busy time and answered my questions without further inquiries.

Received the PC on the 24th of march, had issue with the wifi drivers not working... tried to fix the issue myself and couldn't get them to work, got on the phone a guy called Oliver and he sent over the drivers I needed after he searched up what hardware I had. fixed the issue in a 7 minute phone call 10/10

Spoke with a guy named Pete. Super helpful from start to finish I wanted to call in and make sure before I ordered and he made me feel super comfortable about everything and answered many questions I had and made me feel reassured. I’ve gone ahead and placed the order and look forward to seeing the final product :)

The pc I ordered was amazing and it was a decent price compared to other websites that sell prebuilt custom pcs. However, the administration behind fierce pc kinda sucks. On their website they don't update you with what stage the pc is at or when it is leaving. Even now after I received the pc it says the order is still processing. The only way to know is to call or email them (I personally recommend calling since it is quick and they explain what is happening with your pc very thoroughly). Another big downside was the delivery. I don't know if it was just mine but on the email it said I had to wait 10 to 15 working days for delivery but it also said it may go over that time. It took 21 working days to come... that's a whole month. They didn't inform me by email or over the phone so I had to call them to check what was going on. Found out they scratched the case of the pc. However, they did replace it with a much better case which is a positive. Overall, I would definitely recommend fierce pc but if you don't mind long delivery times and you being unaware of what's happening with your pc then you should go for fierce pc.

Great products and competitive prices. The computer was delivered by 24hr courier as advertised.

I really need help from you. You have sold a good product but for some reason haven't made the fand/fan light remote a normal one so when my remote broke it has made these perfectly working fans and lights become unusable, could you please help, thanks.

Even though we had problems with the PC the guys on the phone were very helpful and kept going until it was resolved

I recently bought a gaming PC from Fierce PC, and I'm thrilled with its performance
and build quality. Highly recommended for gamers!

PC came today, really well packaged and looks amazing. No issues so far and even came with X.M.P enabled which saved me a bit of time when setting it up.

Took a little longer then expected to arrive but really not that big of a deal and it was explained that they were extremely busy. Fans are a little too noisy for me but that can always be adjusted.

Great experience overall, really happy with the system and no real complaints.

Had a precious PC with no problems. Second order some years later, crashed regularly and had to be sent back for repair after a long email chain. Been a week and haven't got it back yet.

Any concerns just call them up, were super helpful.

The product itself is GREAT and I’m really happy with the PC. Delivery took longer than the 7-10 working days and the box was quite heavily damaged upon arrival but thankfully no damage to the PC itself. I was recommended fiercePC by my brother and would recommend them to others myself.

PC had excellent spec for the price, entry gaming PC, better than any other vendor. My son has already bought a high spec PC from Fierce so we were hoping for the same experience. Paid extra for rapid build and delivery pre Christmas, and it arrived on time. All works perfectly, so couldn't be happier.

Website was easy to manage and find my way round. When talking with customer service, they were very helpful and managed to assist with getting my order quickly and advised on some items which I did not need. Great surprise for my husband's birthday.

I have not heard about my order for a while so I sent a support ticket but all I got back was a computer generated reply, very disappointed with the experience. I feel like I was fooled.

So decided to use a wedge of my bonus to get me a PC. I wanted something that could run games nice and easy, allows decent streaming and gives me a platform to code.

Researched fierce thoroughly and with the positive reviews - seemed like a no brainer!

I ordered a custom machine and the whole thing cost a DECENT wedge.

CONS:-
Let’s start with the negatives.
My motherboard was not in stock so it paused the promised delivery date to be missed. What irritated me here is - I found this out by calling them as opposed to them contacting me. If you’re spending 3K with an extra charge for a specific delivery, you’d expect some comms in that regard! This entirely took the shine off the whole experience.

When the machine arrived - I was not exactly overwhelmed with what to do. I’m not entirely new to PC building so knew what bits to remove, plug in etc (not lots) but as a UX designer, I find you need to be as inclusive as possible. If that was my mum for example - she’d have no idea what to do with no instructions to help.

PROS
So…that motherboard I ordered with my machine? They upgraded me to a slightly better one for free.

The machine itself is very well built! Whoever they have putting these things together, obviously take pride in their work and I appreciate that!

So…this SHOULD be a 5 star review given the build quality of the machine BUT the logistical failings and lack of proactive comms from Fierce - especially after spending such a hefty wedge… bad form! So…3/5.
